The NEW Plant Shoppe on W. Sheridan is adorbs! They have all the Instapopular houseplants + a limited amount of plantsy gifts. It's easy to get googley eyed in here. The allure of this shop is they have a lot of cute plants + fashionable containers that have found each other in a perfect marriage. Together the plant + fashionable container would look fab in your house---zero effort for the win! That easy peasey approach will cost ya. Things in here are more expensive. Although most places that do the work for you do charge a convenience fee--so no surprise there. Sometimes it's nice to pay a little more and have the plant project be done without running to several different stores (or getting your nails dirty). That's where The Plant Shoppe comes in. They do a good job of have varied price points--$10 & up. Looking for a gift...take a look here! Air plants, succulents, cacti, oh my!I do have a wish list. It includes a MUCH bigger card selection. Let's lean into this one stop shop idea a bit more: I would love to see some custom merch--think (branded) cork plant mats, small chic (branded) watering cans, more macrame!, a chic plant mister (I'm using an ugly repurposed plastic spray bottle at home now)...the possibilities are endless! They are just taking stride in their brand new space--possibilities abound! I'll be around to cheer them on for a long time to come!#shoplocal #localOKC #plantsmakepeoplehappy April 2019

5 for coolness factor (mostly because of the location, next door to Stitch).4 for selection.2 for service.1 for price point.I guess if I averaged this out I should be rating The Plant Shoppe a 4 but I just couldn't do it.This place has been on my radar for a while because of the succulents and as we walked by one evening (after closing time), we saw a huge and beautiful bird of paradise int he window. We went back to inquire. There was only one other person in the shop. We waited patiently until she left to inquire. We were simply told, "It's not for sale" and the clerk immediately went back to her phone. We did end up buying some totally overpriced cacti. I might be back. Work on friendliness though.

I love the unique selection of plants and the grab and go bouquets they offer. They also have a wonderful selection of planters and pots! I have several plants and planters from here and they are very high quality. They have some plants I haven't been able to find anywhere else! The reviews about lack of friendly staff or being welcomed into the shop are fair, however. I don't mind (especially with Covid) being left to browse quietly alone, but I can see how this would be off-putting for some. I have always had great interactions with the staff there when I seek them out or initiate it.

I've been in a few times for various reasons. Each time the staff has been so kind and knowledgeable about any questions I have. Today I had them repot a cactus I got here over a year ago. I was afraid I would prick myself and make a huge mess, so I was so happy that they offer this! Did I mention she said I was a good plant mom, btw? ;) Definitely check this place out if you are looking for a little green to add to your place! While you wait you can also grab coffee or a bite from Okay, Yeah Co. in the same building!

I stopped in The Plant Shoppe today to purchase plants for my new house. I was greeted on arrival, and when I asked for advice the employee (I never caught her name) was very helpful! She recommended a variety of options based around my budget. The selection is great. As others have mentioned they carry a variety of pots and gifts - so it really is a one stop shop. That being said, all their plants can stay in their planters for six months, so pots are not a necessity right away (according to the employee). Is it a little pricier than your average, Yes. However, I think when you shop at local boutique style shops that should be expected! Additionally, they source all their plants from local nurseries, so they are able to better monitor the health of their plants. In the end, I left super satisfied with 3 plants and 2 pots, and will definitely be back!

What a cute spot in downtown OKC! Good coffee and a great variety of plants and pots. There's great natural light with all the windows and ample seating space on benches and small tables. Seems like a good spot to study or get some work done. It was fun looking at all the succulents and cacti- they also had larger plants as well. Staff was very friendly!

This is a great place to buy succulents! I recommend going during one of their events where you just sit down and pick out a pot, pick out the succulents you want, and plant it yourself right there! The only downside of this is that it is VERY pricey. Definitely do not plan on going to buy a plant unless you are ready to invest.

Walking through the rustic doors of the shop, located in downtown OKC, you are greeted by a scene that is, simply put- Adorably Aesthetic. Plants have an obvious careful arrangement, set among vintage wagons and wood, string lights strung on the ceiling. The atmosphere is just calm, it would be a good study place and they have a lot of seating for their coffee shop. The lady working was very kind and offered to send us with dirt to plant our new friends. I would rate this experience 10/10 and I plan to be back to pick out another arrangement again. Prices are VERY decent, and they have an selection of small plants to large plants and various pots. This would be a good place to go if you wanted an afternoon activity or just wanted to look around, or just to sit down to drink coffee.
