Do NOT live here, whatever you do. Management is so rude and unhelpful, and are very passive-aggressive towards their tenants. Parking is terrible, sometimes I had to walk across the whole complex to get my place after parking. If you have friends or family that like to come visit, literally live anywhere else because they will be towed if they park in the complex. There's dog poop everywhere, as well as trash. My dishwasher and sink was ALWAYS breaking, and when they would come to "fix" it, it never actually got fixed. It's way too expensive for a shitty apartment that's always breaking, with management not doing anything to help. Maintenance would just come in without notice too. One of my roommates was once stuck naked in their bathroom because maintenance just walked in without saying anything. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could... Living here was mentally exhausting.

Not only did our apartment flood multiple times but it warped the carpet and was never replace and since it flooded more than once which is not our fault of course it molded and warped. Instead of replacing it they stretched it out and layed it back down. Now that we are moved out they are still bothering us that we owe almost $900 which is a load of Bull. I don't care if they renovated this place should be closed, demolished, and they should build something else because the location it's self is honestly horrible.

if they had negative stars I would've gave them one. Worst apartment ever DO NOT I repeat DO NOT think about moving here. They make work orders come into your apartment for no reason. they are supposed to come up here and spray every so often they barley did. charge you for things you never even used before. also charge you for paint that's they just keep painting over, never once used primer you can tell. In the master bathroom used the bathtub couple times paint was coming up the bathtub was coming up. Charging for something that they halfass did $100 for paint communication is really bad. they always get under new management. not worth the price they are listed as should be less than $1000. it is not worth the hassle.

Place has really gone down hill since they switched companies, and don't trust that snake in the grass Janelle. No one ever gets a deposit back here, BEWARE. 1,000 dollar deposit and they took all but 100 of it, does this look like 1000 dollars in damages?

So far we've lived here for about two months, haven't had any issues so far! Maintenance is somewhat reliable, they take kind of forever to respond but they do fix what's needed, apartments are nice and minimal issues. My only problems are not enough counter space, and my bedroom door doesn't lock. Neighbors are kind of noisy but I don't mind it, I'm only home two days which is the weekend. Other than that, I love it!

Clean and Comfortable. Not a bug in sight. Staff is great. Mercedes is wonderful as a leasing agent and as a person. Felt welcomed and taken care of. Amenities are outstanding! Nice comfy spot just on the edge of town and peaceful. No riff raft. Patio deck is tranquil and spacious. Full size washer and dryer! Clean water! LOVE this home.

It's literally not worth paying for, there is never any parking, terrible location, I had noisy ass neighbors and I told the office they told me to call cops on them after hours like bruh why would I call pigs. It's your job to make me feel comfortable in my own place and deal with it. I had to wait two weeks for our oven to be replaced as well, the windows don't open either which is not very safe. Literally there are better apartments than here. One time they changed companies so they changed the website to pay online the day rent was due and my roommate and I paid with a cashiers check and they lost it and tried saying we didn't pay for it. Also people LITTER so bad here the screen doors to the patio were broken and I noticed other residents had the same thing. Not worth the price at all

This place is ridiculous. There's always dog sh** in the lawn everywhere. Complete hay day going in the office. You never know who's in charge after the recent purchase by allmark properties.
