The shower & bath water does not get hot. Every shower I take is ether warm or nearly warm. I requested maintenance to fix it and he said that he can't because it's on child safe feature. But both sinks hot water in the apartment reaches a little over 120 degrees, which are perfect. The maintenance guy told me that all the one bedroom apartments have a 40 gallon water heater and that I need to make sure no one runs the hot water when I'm in the shower even the washer and dish water. Also my thermostat does not shut off the furnace. Making our electric bill over $160 each month. It just blows nearly warm out the vents, preventing the thermostat reach the temperature I set at 73 degrees in the winter. It sucks I have to go to Crunch Gym to take a HOT SHOWER after a long day at work. The bright side of it all is that the Leasing Office is doing their best to help us feel comfortable living in our apartment.

I was a bit surprised to see the poor reviews for this place. My husband and I just renewed for a third year. The place is nice and spacious and we have not had any pest issues whatsoever. One time our heating went out during a harsh winter cold front, but maintenance came right away (thank you Mackenzie) and when we updated him that it still was not working, he called in maintenance from another property and they stayed for an hour making sure they found the source of the issue. Last year they updated several things including new toilets, a new kitchen sink and a Google nest thermostat. Yes the walls are thin, it's an apartment building, I expected as much. Unfortunately our upstairs neighbors have large dogs that make a ton of noise when they run around, but again, that's a risk with an apartment and the neighbors and their dogs are very kind. We have had great neighbors with only a few minor issues throughout. One year someone played the same song on max volume from 7pm-3am every day for 4 days - on days 3 & 4 I called security. I'm not sure what happened with that but after that it stopped. The only other issues we have had is neighbors not picking up after their pets, again not a big deal just annoying, and broken down vehicle taking up a nice parking spot and we recently called to have that addressed or moved to a further away spot. The people in office have been kind to us though we have interacted very little. I have heard people say that a man in the office has been rude but there has never been a man in the office while I am there. Also shoutout to Erica for helping me lift an ulta-heavy package to my car one day! The gyms are decent, the pools are great, and I've never had a package stolen, my neighbors all look out for each other very well - it's nice!I would recommend living here, neighbors are always a lottery but we have had a great experience.

We leased at Park at Westpointe for about 2 1/2 years. I waited for my lease to end and my security deposit to be returned before I submitted this review because I've been paranoid about how Park would respond if I submitted it during my lease - that's the kind of shade I'm afraid they'd throw at me. You wouldn't know it when you first meet them either because they're super friendly to potential residents and are really good about keeping appearances. Once you've lived here for a few months, though, once you start noticing everything that's wrong with your apartment and are met with indifference by everyone in management, you'll soon realize the whole operation is a giant facade constructed to trick you into think that you're renting a "luxury" apartment. The problems weren't really too big a deal at first, just minor things that you're bound to find at any apartment complex (e.g. the walls are paper thin, you're bound to have noisy neighbors and you can hear everything they do even if they're not living above you, the doors and locks are falling apart, there's poor heat/air insulation, etc.). My actual problems with Park started when we renewed our lease and a huge storm came in a few hours later. Our windows started leaking and water started flooding into our living and master bedroom. Park's response to this included: 1. Not putting in a work order when we requested a work order. 2. Acting faux-outraged at the maintenance team on our behalf when previous work order hadn't been completed. 3. Having the maintenance team "fix" our issue but splurting caulk all over our windows. 4. Acting surprised when our windows started leaking again a week later.A couple months later they replaced our light bulbs as part of an OG&E energy savings plan and took all the LED light bulbs we bought and replaced them with crappier LED light bulbs. When we complained that they took all our bulbs, they responded just like they did last time, according to their standard operating procedures.1. Be super "concerned" with an issue you're having.2. Do nothing.3. Be surprised when nothing is done.4. Blame maintenance. We never got any of our stuff back and Park kept shrugging their shoulders until we stopped asking.Oh oh another incident that's burned into my brain. We had a situation where 4 or 5 cars in our parking lot had been broken into. Usually Park emails their residents about every stupid thing that happens in their lot including, picking up dog poop, offices being closed, gates not working, etc. but no word on being vigilant about keeping your cars locked because of recent break-ins. I gave them a call to see if they knew that a bunch of cars had been broken into and they responded with a "yeah we know." I asked them why they hadn't contacted their residents and they responded "well yeah you know the world's a bad place, people are just bad...it's crazy you know?" and left it at that. Basically they didn't want bad news to be emailed because, well, it's a luxury apartment and break-ins don't happen in luxury apartments. Final memory for you. Back in March when this pandemic started getting bad and people started losing their jobs and couldn't pay rent - management stamped a notice on each resident's door saying something to the effect of, "We're all in this together. It's time to show love and care for each other. Rent is still due on the 1st of the month. If you need food go to a food bank. Remember we're in this together."Just thinking about that asinine notice gets my blood pressure up.If none of this convinces you not to give this place a shot, hopefully this short list will.- The front gate never works. This gated community is not gated.- Bugs get in real easy to your apartment, especially Silverfish.- The fridge's water filter is never replaced, all you have to do is push a button 3x and it'll show that it has been replaced.- The on-site gym is crappy. They "renovated" it by bringing in new dumb bells and then a month later they took away the dumb bells.- If your side neighbor smokes, the smell will leak into your bathroom.- The model rooms are bigger than the actual rooms, don't believe their lies.So why 2 stars? First, the maintenance team they contract out do a good job and are timely, plus they're friendly to boot. Second, the pantry space in the apartments are huge - it's literally the only thing I miss about this place. To summarize: Don't give these terribly disingenuous and phony people your rent money.

Update on previous review, due to my complaining, I have been denied a month to month or a lease renewal option. They essentially kicked me out with a 25 day notice. I paid on time in full every month, they are hurting for residents but yet boot me because I complained about their mismanagement. Awful people, awful management company and overall maintenance. However, I now have a 3 bedroom house, 2 car garage with a huge yard in a wonderful Edmond community for the same price as the crappy 2 bedroom apartment here!!!

Worst rental experience I have ever had. This is a costly place and you can hear any and every movement any neighbor makes. I had a two year old and was constantly receiving noise complaints for how loud he was walking. When I talked to the office about it they told me " you have to do what you have to" to keep my TODDLER quiet. I was cornered by a man asking me where I lived who later I figured out was one of the maintenance managers ( he did not identify himself once when he cornered me in the stairwell asking where I lived). The apartment manager then tried to defend them when made aware of this situation by saying " he's a really nice guy" which in no way justified his inappropriate behavior. There is no parking so be prepared to walk a mile every time you come home. My car got hit in the parking lot by a neighbor because the parking situation is so hostile. The gate never works and when I asked the management why I pay to live in a gated community with no gate the response was " it's not our job to keep you safe the world is a dangerous place" (the issue was not the gate but their response) There are a few ladies in the office who are the sweetest people you will ever meet and they are usually the ones who talk to you when you move in so you believe you are dealing with a personable and friendly company. There are so many horror stories I could share about this place but in conclusion I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

These are supposed to be premium apartments @ 1000-1200 dollars a month, years ago. When I moved in the apartment smelled musty and the carpet was sticky. The counter top laminate in the kitchen was peeling up as well. I asked if the carpet could be replaced and they said no, but offered to have it steam cleaned. They came in and did a quick once over on it. Still gross however. I asked them to come in and clean the carpet again and they did a better job the second time. Lived their about three years. Extremely loud sports cars driving by pretty frequently. Trash dumpsters overflowing constantly. Made my payments on time consistently. Signed a new lease twice I think. Made a payment a day late due to my own ignorance and they automatically hit me with a pretty substantial late penalty. Ok fair enough. Finally decided to buy a house and they came in to look at the apartment and wanted to charge me I don't remember how much to replace the carpets. They wanted ME to pay to replace the carpets that I asked them to replace when I moved in. I think they backed down on that one. They also wanted me to replace parts of the stove out of my own pocket. Don't think I got my security deposit back. Anyways they filled a collection on me for some chump change. Buyer beware.

Beautiful community in a great location. Very professionally owned and managed. I think the picture of the pools and trash are not a normal day at the apartments, everything is very nice and clean. Go see for yourself :-)

Place was crawling with bedbugs!! Complained and they sent out "their" pest control who insisted I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about. 2 months went by and I continued getting bit. Slept with lights on, or didn't sleep at all in fear of being bit again. When my little girl showed up with bites on her, I went into mama bear mode and tore the place apart. Sure enough there was evidence and I found 6 live bugs. I had to catch them and put them inside of a ziplock bag so that "their" pest control guys could see it for themselves. Sadly they only treated my apartment and upon my research I found that it was not properly done. I immediately moved out and when I did so I had to pay the remainder of my lease!! I later learned that many of my neighbors were having the same bug problem and had been fighting management on treating the problem.
