The Old Plantation Restaurant

Wow, wasn't expecting any spectacular from Medical Mission but this place was great!Casual atmosphere and service was great.The pork chops were good, the sides were good (salad and baked potato) and the tfood a was overflowing.

This has become a favorite stop for our family. The atmosphere is cozy & welcoming, friendly service, and delicious food. I always ask for a basket of fresh baked buns and order their fried green tomatoes. Be sure to save room for the cookie dessert too!

Not sure how they received four stars but our dinner was absolutely terrible!! Fried green tomatoes and fried mushrooms had grated Parmesan on them. That's a big no!! Southwest egg rolls tasted frozen. Fried shrimp was a fishy shrimp as if they were caught in New Orleans. They tasted so bad!!! Server was nice and ambiance was ok. Will not go back.

From the moment we walked in the door great service great attitude from the workers then we ordered our food, which was amazing at every level and very affordable. Will definitely be going back. Love this place my new favorite, best chicken fried steak I've had in years and homemade mashed potatoes!. On top of all that the actual ambience was very comfortable and old-south!

The food was great. The service was great. We had 27 people and they were very accommodating. I'm not sure why they don't take reservations on Saturday, but that was kind of annoying. The wait was about an hour and 35 minutes. The food was good, fresh. Came out fast. Overall, we had a good experience.

Our first time here for lunch and it was 10/10!Friendly & attentive service, the food was fantastic, I highly recommend the coconut shrimp - also the build your own Bloody Mary was a fun option and turned out great! I can't wait to bring friends and family here when they visit

They just served me the toughest steak I've ever tried to eat. They will not guarantee the tenderness. It says it on the menu. I should have seen that as a sign!

Excellent fried pickles and country fried steak. Their Bread with sweet butter was amazing, it's basically a desert. Super friendly service from Denise. Shes knows the entire history of the plantation. Family friendly ambiance. Highly recommend if you are heading into medicine park.

Absolutely the best pork chops on the planet!!The cedar plank salmon is amazing!!We've never had a bad meal there!!
