We had to block off the pool patio entrance, but the pool is beautiful.

The Manor was the ideal spot for our family celebration! Everything was made easy and customized by Tammie and all came together in the gorgeous, peaceful setting of The Manor. Every request was addressed to make the day just right. Every decoration and set up imaginable was available and tweaked to fit our theme, colors, and personalities. The usual concerns of hosting a group and having enough room for food, food prep, seating, visiting, etc. were gone leading to a festive day that far exceeded our expectations; this incredible experience made us realize The Manor would be THE perfect setting for ALL kinds of events. We cannot thank Tammie and The Manor crew enough for their care and attention!

First prom for me and the Manor!I am a teacher and class sponsor at a local 6A high school. This year was my class' year to plan prom. Having never done this before, I was very nervous. My class officers started looking for venues a year prior and fell in love with The Manor at Coffee Creek. Being a public school with not a lot of money, I was worried about the cost of the venue. Tammie was able to work with us on deposits so that we could get everything paid off after we had done some fundraising and started selling prom bids. In the beginning there was a little confusion on both sides as to what needed to happen for them to get paid (lots of forms and things like that), but we ended up working it out really well. It was a learning experience for both of us! The actual prom went REALLY well! Tammie and Jody (sp?) did a really amazing job with taking our theme (masquerade) to a very classy level. We wanted to make sure it wasn't Mardi Gras masquerade so our colors were black, gold, and silver. This venue is gorgeous on its own and I was so pleased with how everything looked. The students really liked having multiple areas to sit and chat if they didn't want to dance. Most prom venues just have one big room so sitting and talking is not usually an option. Obviously, we had a very strong security and teacher presence because there are A LOT of nooks and crannies that the kids can sneak off to. However, we didn't seem to have a problem with that! We had snacks and fruit-infused water. It was easy to refill the snacks because it was next to the bar where we stored the extras. The water, on the other hand, put us to work. We bought 18 gallons of water and that was not near enough so we had to keep filling up the jugs and transporting them from the sink to the water jars. In the future, I will definitely think about hiring a few servers to be on top of the water/drinks, taking out the trash, and refilling the snacks, etc. We got really lucky with the weather! I was very worried about rain/storms since it is April in Oklahoma. Parking would have been difficult if it rained because the parking lot is a field. It worked perfectly with great weather though. Also, if it would have rained, we would have had to figure out a way to cover the walkway from the Manor to the dancing area so the students didn't get wet going from snacks to dancing. All in all this was a great first prom experience for both of us, I hope!

Beautiful place. I have been in2 weddings here and attend 1. The lady that runs it was really the only problem.. each bride has said that she acts like she's something special. She doesn't get everything finished on time. She is nothing but a complete bitch to the wedding parties. And When I went back as a guest she was so rude to half the guests. I just don't understand how someone running a business for "the best day of peoples lives" would make it such a negative situation. Oh and always follow up because she "forgot" what she had already promised to the bride.ohh and the "gardening" was not cleaned up at all. My friend was very disappointed with what her guest had to look at... trim, pull the weeds, something?!?! isn't that hard for a place that you have to pay almost 3,000 dollars for.

This place is absolutely beautiful! It seems like it's really new, and they still have a few things to work on, but it has all the makings of a beautiful wedding venue. They have a large outdoor ceremony area, with pews that face a large shaded platform for the bride and groom. The 360 view was gorgeous- classic Oklahoma countryside. There was also a wraparound covered patio where guests were held until it was time to go down to the ceremony. The shade provided there, coupled with a short and sweet ceremony that started promptly after we were seated, meant that we did not get too hot. Indoors for the reception, beautiful stained concrete floors and huge windows made the space. A DJ was set up in one area, and a built in bar was a nice touch that I'm sure makes it a lot easier for caterers. A side room was the perfect size to set up the food, and a long hallway led to a lounge and restrooms. The lounge is apparently where the guys got ready and hung out - pool tables, TVs and nice furniture made it really nice for the fellas. I heard from the bridesmaids that they had a huge area upstairs with barbers chairs and full length mirrors for hair and makeup and lots of room to spread out. Some things that will need some work: parking would have been really tough if it had rained at all last week. The grass also needed to be mowed in this area. It was treacherous walking from the car in tall grass across uneven ground before the wedding- but when we left after dark, it was downright scary. There were also a few little touches inside that could have been made nicer, like a big rolling rack of linens that sat in the hallway leading to the restrooms. That easily could have been placed somewhere else and it looked a little odd. But overall, a lovely wedding venue with lots of natural beauty, that felt like it was way out in the country even though it was only about 10 minutes out of town.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this venue. Tammie and Lana go above and beyond to make sure your big day is perfect. Since our first wedding at this venue in May of 2014 we have loved working at The Manor and watching it grow to the amazing, well oiled machine that continuously makes every client feel like they are #1. I highly recommend using The Manor.

The Manor is an amazing venue for a wedding. This is one of the only venues we found that has all of the decor for you. So awesome. I didn't have to worry about making centerpieces, and everything Tammy designs is beautiful. I had so much confidence in the staff the day of my wedding which left me stress free. We had a beautiful wedding and the manor was a huge part of that.

I recently got married here, the venue is beautiful but dealing with Tammie the owner was not worth it. She was offended that I had my cousin as my wedding planner so she made the whole process miserable. She is not professional and terrible at communicating. She will nickel and dime you for everything. The bride that got married the night before me left a beautiful flower arch that tammie told us about and said she would ask the bride if she wanted to leave it since they were real flowers and would more than likely throw away anyways. The day of my wedding, Tammie decided to charge us $150 for the arch that the bride the night before paid for and made us make the check out to her instead of the bride the night before me. She is terrible. She was extremely rude to my parents when they asked for new table cloths because the ones she set out had stains all over. Tammies husband is great, we actually met with him every time we had meetings because she would double book appointments and wouldn't help us at all. I would not recommend this venue because of Tammie.

Beautiful space, very rude rude owner. She doesn't seem to like when other florists work in the space. She would go behind me and "fix" what I had already done!

It was a lovely wedding and reception. As far as the venue is concerned, it left a great deal to be desired. The staff was totally unprepared for our presence, with a propane grill advertised as suitable for grilling almost completely dysfunctional. The staff completely refused to lift a finger to solve the problem. During the reception itself the only obvious staff person present dressed like it was a day at the beach rather then hosting a precious moment. With that said, the family overcame a lot to host a very lovely occasion.
