The Little Shop Of Flowers

Yesterday, I called Little Shop of Flowers to get my grandmother some birthday flowers. After speaking to a lady on the phone, she told me that it would be easy to find something between $15-20 with my mom picking them up. I had initially planned to ask them to put an arrangement together, but they said since it was closing in on Valentine's Day that they had a lot of pre-made bouquets in the cooler for my mom to pick from. I provided my credit card information, and my mom went in to select the perfect birthday bouquet. My mom ended up picking out something that was almost $28 with a small arrangement of tulips, light pink roses and baby's breath. The photos she sent me looked beautiful. I appreciated the professionalism of the lady on the other end of the phone, and would definitely use them again if I needed to.

Called the shop today to order flowers for my mother's birthday, the stores hours for a Saturday are 8-5pm; as listed on their website. I called once didn't get a response, then called a second time to their alternate number.Well the 2nd time the business owner picked up, and yelled at me, telling me to stop calling as they were closed today for the 4th of July weekend, though she decided to pick up the phone.There are a lot of other ways to handle that situation, perhaps updating your store hours on your website/Google for a holiday, perhaps setting the store phone to go to voicemail, or even just picking up like she did but instead kindly saying, "hello, I apologize for the inconvenience but our store is closed today for the holiday."They won't be getting any of my family's business again.

"No longer taking orders for Mother's Day?" Never heard a florist ever say such a thing before. Sad.

Absolutely a phenomenal florist. Very responsive and always delivers above and beyond expectation with their floral arrangements Recommendation, call them and let them work their magic on your floral arrangement. You can use their website to order a bouquet, but the creative geniuses at the little shop of flowers will out do anything you might order through a service like Tele flora.

Called them 10+ times and the phones sounds like it's off Gotta get flowers somewhere else...

I received a $125 bouquet from them that only lasted 4 days. I called to complain and they said that they only guarantee them to last for one day. They say that they have the freshest flowers in Stillwater. Not even close. Walmart flowers last longer than that. I have gotten flowers from other florists that lasted a lot longer than that. Don't waist your money here.

Some of these reviews seem like they are written by a bot or paid at least. So generic. I've called to order several times and each time the person who answers is curt, dismissive, and rude. Often, they can't deliver flowers because they are too busy. When they have delivered flowers for me, I've been embarrassed by the quality. Especially considering what I paid. Will not be using them again.

Second time I've called to get some flowers delivered, but for some reason they have been too busy? I noted that I could come by and get them, NOPE we are not taking orders.Wow, must be nice to not need the business...

The person on the phone was dismissive and acted like I was bothering her to order flowers! Isn't that why they are there? I should have gone with my gut and hung up and called someone else. But I placed the order. It was delivered to my girlfriend, and it only lasted like 2 days. And seemed really sparse for what I paid. Bad taste in my mouth. Won't be using them again.

Always a great experience working with them. As a former resident of Stillwater, it's reassuring to know I can call and send flowers to family without worrying about quality or quantity. Always refreshing to use a reliable florist when one plans accordingly and provides common courtesy for them to prepare an arrangement for a major holiday.
