Not being a resident, I have little to say about The Links as a residence. I will say, though, that it's pretty unfair for Yelp! to lump reviews of their golf course with reviews of their apartments. Whatever one might make of the accommodations there, the golf course is pretty OK.I have now played The Links @ OKC half a dozen times. It can be a quick 1 1/2 hours if you are on a tight schedule, or a leisurely 3 hours if you have time to play the 9 holes twice. It looks like walkers and riders are about equal there. I've done both, but prefer to walk the course if I can. There is only minimal elevation gain, so walking is convenient.Of the 9 holes, there are two you could call "straight forward". All fairways are a bit tight, but only those two do not involve anything else you have to account for. The rest involve either a carry over water in some way, or lateral water you have to be careful of.There is a bit of a safety caution here. The layout is a bit confusing, but the issue is how close the fairways are to one another. It is VERY easy for someone from the long-and-wrong crowd to be one fairway off. Meaning you need to check the adjacent fairway carefully before you hit. And if you are new there, be sure to grab a score card for the map.The times I have played I have found the person in the office (you just can't call it a pro shop) to be friendly and accommodating. If not necessarily all that professional. And their rates are ridiculously low. Can't really say why, since the course is located in town and has always been in good shape when I played it. Maybe the biggest golf bargain in the state.art your review...

I started this nightmare 1-29-2025, they started by telling me I couldn't see the apartment before I moved in, I had been speaking to this complex for over a month, they first told me I had to pay an extra deposit, the Asst manager and a person named Jaden, then Chastity Cantrell, who is the Manager told me it was a miscommunication, I should have run then, but I was getting to the end of my lease and didn't want to stay where I was either. This apartment is FILTHY, TOO MANY MAINTENANCE ISSUES TO NAME, and now they are trying to get me evicted because I told them about themselves, and I want to go to court, to show the JUDGE what is going on here. I have photos I will be posting some photos, some I'm keeping for court. ....SO BAD YOU WOULD RUN UNLESS YOU WANTED TO LIVE ON THE COURSE!

So sorry -00000 is not available. My daughter has been a resident at the Links Apts on 122nd St in OKC for over 5years.Maintenance has been a constant issue, especially the plumbing. Floods in her bedroom have destroyed her computer printer, classroom books and materials, clothes and shoes. Renter's Insurance is sooo expensive I'm sure because of lack of repairsto keep up apartments;constantly replacing items destroyed because of management's lack of maintaining the units. I can understand that too.Although the maintenance team is friendly and knowledgeable, it's always been a problem to get the manager, chastity cantrell, and a majority of her rude do nothing unknowing staff to make the maintenance request.Just today, there was a hot water tank breakdown that flooded her kitchen and bathroom. Eventually, maintenance appeared and started the restoration, but it may be three days before a new tank can be ordered and delivered. Of course, all water supply had to be shut down. This is an inhabitable situation this Sunday morning! My daughter asked if there would be any kind of rent proration or inconvenience compensation. chastity cantrell answered with a resounding NO! How rude and heartless for someone paying rent and being misplaced;actually homeless in the moment Her Dad and I made reservations at a nearby hotel for her for the next 3 days. She cannot live and work in a damp apartment with NO water.Their lack of resolve is maddening. However, there are other means of meditation on speed dial.I could not, would not, with a clear conscience recommend these failing shacks to anyone.Shame on you chastity cantrell and Lindsey Property Management for such a poorly staffed office and lack of concern for the wellbeing of your tenants! My experience! My opinion!

Move here if you hate yourself and your family! I have never felt as unsafe and vulnerable as I did when I lived in these apartments. We were being constantly harassed and our apartment vandalized. When we told the office they were absolutely no help. Told us it was probably some kids running around. I had to break my lease after a carton of eggs was thrown at my front door. There were countless more incidents of food being thrown on my window I was just too exhausted to document every time it happened as it happened over 20 times. Genuinely do not move here if you care about your safety.

TLDR- maintenance was great, staff was rude, lots of cockroaches (in building 3) that never went away, car break ins all the time. Heavy weed smell wherever you went.I lived at the links just shy of a year and and my friend lived in a seperate building as I did. The staff over time get pretty unhelpful and there are a few rude ladies. The maintenance was honestly really good. They were always quick to fix things within a few days or less! But the petty crimes there are insane. There would be a group of people that would walk around late at night every so often just checking to see if cars are unlocked or worth breaking in to. My friends car got broke into. I personally didn't have any problems with my apartment but my friends apartment was INFESTED and i mean IN FESTED with cockroaches. At first we thought it wasn't that bad because we only saw like three but we still asked for them to spray the place. He had to live with cockroaches for about six months until he just finally moved out. They also said they would bug bomb the place but the worker they hired to do it didnt even bomb it. My friend was waiting in the car for the worker to bomb his apartment but the guy walked out after less than two minutes of being inside?? So yeah. Definitely don't recommend these apartments.

The golf course workers are ridiculously rude. Came at 5 pm with no carts and basically tried to shove us out the door and watched a guy pull into the parking lot go inside and grab a cart for himself. We decided to walk and the course bc they would not provide a cart when there was many in the barn. At 7 pm (the sun doesn't set until at least 8 pm) we walked past the club house and the worker is sitting at the back on a lawn chair yelling at us saying it's time to go, we paid for 9 holes so obviously we're going to go until it's dark. Trash workers, trash course. Miss the old management. If I could rate this experience a 0 I would.

This establishment has people who are not personable and con people to move into their apartments that have horrible living conditions. The morale of the Links apartments diminishes as you drive into the complex and enter into your living space. Side note: they don't deserve a rating

easily the worst management staff I've ever worked with. the cameras in the back of the complex don't work and haven't worked for years and local management is clueless. Multiple instances of thefts and petty crimes. Management will treat you pretty poorly as if you're a burden, after you sign lease papers of course. The maintenance staff is pretty good but management and office staff is abysmal. Security is a joke. Vehicles get broken into ALL THE TIME . Front gate is always broken.

My husband and I lived her for a year and they don't show you your apartment until you sign papers so we get in and they basically spray paint all surfaces that needed repainting, carpets were disgusting. Maintenance was good up until we started to get mold like 7 months into living there. We had a mold inspector come out that I spent my money on to test it and it was a harmful mold that needed to be removed from the wood in the widows. The leasing office decided to just spray paint over the mold and not fix the issue and not let us out of our lease even though it was unsafe living conditions in the middle of a pandemic. This place is disgusting and ran terribly, wouldn't recommend to ANYONE. Stay far away. Here are some pictures, and after they spray painted over it.

At first I liked it but they CANNOT handle a pest control issue despite MULTIPLE complpaints. I would move now if the whole process weren't a pain in the butt.
