This place could care less once you sign your lease. They show you a model apt, which looks nothing like what you get. Our AC was out for almost a week during August. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor and could not be used for a week. I had my car broken into and had belongings stolen. When it was reported the office said the new are has cameras but it's too expensive to put cameras in "your" area. Run away fast, this is ghetto.

For background, my husband and I are a young married couple, and this was our first apartment together. We aren't nitpicky, and we're normally satisfied with just a roof over our head and eachother, but this apartment complex blew us away. The units are very spacious and nice, and it feels very safe. Any time we needed to call maintenance, they responded and fixed our issue same day or next day. Even for something as small as our ice machine not working, they came and fixed it ASAP. The one bad thing about the apartment complex as a whole is the parking lots. There's a lot of basically blind turns, people speed through it, and there's not enough parking for each building. I can't tell you how many times we had to park halfway across our side of the complex because the spots near our building were full. Anytime friends or family visited, they complained about nearly getting into an accident due to how poorly set up the parking lot was. Besides that, I really have nothing to complain about. Neighbors were quiet, dumpsters and mail weren't hard to get to, the office and maintenance were very responsive and kind, and for the price it is very very worth it.

I lived here for awhile in high school. It wasn't terrible but wasn't my favorite place either. Our neighbors were awful and would fight and Party all the time. I guess that's just apartment life though. The tanning beds weren't great either. I never got tan or I got burnt and I usually tan pretty well. The pool was always so crowded and I'm sure that's because the apartment complex is huge. They should have had one for each side of the complex. The golf course always looked nice but we lived close and we had golf balls hit our car once and then again on our bedroom window. The price is great for these though but I just can't stand living in apartments. There also isn't much to choose from in this area but these are way better than the other few options in mustang.

We live in the Greens (newer apartments). We've lived here for two years. The first year - and first half of the second year - was great; decent staff, friendly and fast maintenance, decent apartment with thick walls (at least thicker than anywhere I've lived before. You can occasionally hear the upstairs neighbor dropping something), good appliances, and quiet neighbors with the exception of those playing volleyball in the summer till late (not much of a problem). We live close to the dog park.Recently, I'd say in the last 4 months, a LOT of new people have moved in. Now there is always yelling and banging on windows and doors, not from maintenance but from random people. I'm not sure if that specifically is from the new tenants, but I do know for sure that some of the new tenants are out at 3am screaming and yelling outside like they're either fighting, begging for their life, or blatantly FREAKING out. They're somewhere where I can't see them, and sound like they are at a distance, so I have no idea who they are to report them, and they stop before I get the chance to call the cops. This happens about twice a week, and wasn't always the case. Quite bone chilling. So if you're looking for a quiet place to live, this place used to be a decent apartment complex for that. Now, however, expect to be woken up in the middle of the night by something breaking and/or someone screaming at the top of their lungs.

My roommate and i lived in the greens (the newer apartments) nice apartments but over priced in my opinion. Within the first month of living here the maintenance guys got into it with my roommate and buddies. Not very professional meaning the maintenance guys that live here threatened my buddies with dogs. And parking here is a complete nightmare of a shit show. If you arrive after 7 pm you're basically walking half a mile to your apartment. Very poor design parking.

Horrible experience! They kicked a 3 year old out of the pool because his Aunt/Babysitter was not on the lease. The pool was completely empty. What kind of person would make a 3 year old who is loving life get out of the pool. He doesn't understand your reasoning & frankly neither do I the pool was completely empty & his parents pay the rent, Just cruel!! The Lease states your allowed 1guest but that doesn't seem to be the case. This is just a glimpse of how things are ran here!

The apartments are nice, I've called maintenance 3 times and they were excellent, no complaints there. The staff is friendly too.The rent goes up EVERY time you renew the lease. Expect a $50-$60 increase in the monthly rent every year. Corporate policies are designed to add fees (usually $20) for everything. If they make a mistake you can bet that you will still get charged the $20 late fee so keep that in mind if you ever have to change bank accounts or rent goes up and they do not take out the correct ammount from the automatic draft, you WILL get charged. The parking is barely adequate in the good buildings and non-existent in others. This building has 12 apartments and 7 spaces. If you need a nice apartment and don't mind having to park at an inconvienent spot, love rent increases and hidden trumped up fees then it is the place for you.

These apartments are an absolute joke and their office staff is a nightmare. My family and I were trying to get approved for an application. We were charged a $280 rental application fee that was absolutely non refundable even though we decided against these apartments (thank goodness) less than 24 hours later. I get a certified letter less than a month later saying that everything is payed in full and that my balance is zero. I get a call this morning from Jessica at the from desk saying that I now owe $300 again! For apartments that we looked at. I never signed a lease with these apartments. Jessica also tried to lie to me and tell me that their office staff apparently "never sends certified letters." Do not even step foot on these apartments property. Their office staff are the rudest and most unprofessional people. This is the crap I'm getting charged over a rental application fee. I cannot imagine how bad these apartments would be if I signed a lease. Jessica at the front desk is a bully and seems to get off on trying to intimidate residents and prospective resident alike.

I live here currently and let me tell you about these apartments and their management. When we first considered these apartments, we did not understand why the reviews were so low. Now that I've moved in, I understand 100%. First things first, I rent a two bed and two bath upstairs apartment. Rent running at 930$ a month. The apartment is nice, and it is nice living on a golf course, I will give them that. But whoever is in charge of "corporate" decisions, as they are so called by the staff, needs to be fired. I have been in previous apartment complexes before and I have always been able to bring a +1 to the pool. When I signed lease with these apartments, they told me that I can bring guests to the pool. The only amenity that does not allow guests is that tanning bed. Those were their words. So yesterday, my boyfriend and I show up at the pool, each of us have a friend with us and each of us are lease holders. They come to the office door (the door was locked, "social distancing"$ and they don't say a word until I speak up. I say we are headed to the pool and we are here to check in. They ask "Who all is on the lease?" I said my boyfriend and I are. We each have a friend with us. 4 people in total (trying to go to the practically empty pool). They tell me I can't bring guests. I'm not sure if that new policy is due to covid-19, but I am sure that I see people come and go every day on the golf course who do not live here. Rent the carts too. Go into the pro shop. And they don't live here. I find that absurd. They also told my neighbors that their daughter who is here to visit for the summer could not go with them into the pool because she is not listed on the lease. That's just one of MANY problems we have experienced in the short few months we have been here. I can definitely say that this apartment complex will not be receiving my business again EVER and I will NEVER renew my lease with them.
