Lincoln at Central Park

Cons:The gate has been broken for over a month.The units look nothing like the pictures.The gym is small and always overcrowded.The pool is always closed.The mail room is chaos.They didn't replace the carpets in our unit before we moved in. Atleast ten years old.You pay extra to have everything fixed.Apparently if you're late with a utility payment, even if you tell them you will be, the word eviction makes its way into communication. Not worth the stress.Pros:Great location.Mostly quiet neighborhood.I felt safe walking my dog at night.Fun community events.The few upgrades in the apartment are nice.

Started day one when we were given an ADA floor plan without being told this was an ADA apartment. Day 2 the people upstairs were so loud and disruptive. I called the office and was told it was being takin care of. The noise and disruptions continued and after 3 weeks they finally told us they had a right to live in their apartment and go about their daily lives. And we had a right to only be miserable in our apartment. When we moved in there were issues with the apartment. The ice maker was broken and it took 3 weeks to fix and 4 maintenance requests. The back splash behind the kitchen sink was separated and gross. This was NEVER repaired after multiple requests and calls (to corporate as well. When our dryer stopped working it took 4 days to repair. Manager let us out of our lease with no penalties after 3 months. The only competent thing they managed.DON'T MOVE HERE!!

I'm writing this 3 months after moving out. I can not express how wonderful my living experience was at LACP! I lived here before it was owned by Weidner and after and never had issues. I felt so safe as a single female. Cost is affordable for everything the apartment has to offer to include being pet friendly. My dog had left some damage and it wasn't an arm and a leg to pay back. There is a great amount of amenities. Thank you LACP for being my home for 2 years, I miss this complex and would move back here if I ever come back to OKC!

I have lived here almost a year. Below are pros and cons. Pros: HUGE apartments, pet friendly, nice amenities (when they are open), the gates make it feel pretty secure, I've never felt unsafe here, the gym isn't too crowded ever, the grounds are well kept, everyone kind of keeps to themselves and are quiet even on weekends. Cons: windows are sealed horribly so your utilities are going to be high, Pet fees are astronomical and not worth it, the pools are always closed for one reason or another, the gym is never restocked with cleaning products (bring your own wipes to wipe stuff down) or there is not Maintance done on the equipment so there's deflated and broken equipment often, the new management (they took over about 2 months ago) has been very rude and got rid of everyone that was helpful and kind in the office, takes ages for any maintance requests to be filled.Overall- you are paying for the name and the gate. The old management wasn't really any better with filling Maintiance requests or being helpful BUT the pools were open and maintained and they held really good resident events with food and alcohol and fun activities.

I WOULD PICK ZERO STARS EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE IF I COULD. IF MY LAST REVIEW DIDNT SCREAM TO NOT LIVE HERE THEN I HOPE THIS WILL DO IT. They are TERRIBLE. As if my experience wasn't bad enough, happy new year!! Our car was broken into. I'm still waiting to hear back from the leasing director but so far we've had no help. I've been emailing them and they've been acting in the dark about the entire situation but my neighbor said she called and left a voicemail about it around 5AM after it happened. Acting like you don't know about it and then making me call multiple times to talk to someone is straight up disrespectful and ILLEGAL? We had a whole witness the entire time.Let's not even talk about how "security" was on premise at the time as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND. It's always something around here. We've had problems with being charged an outrageous price for multiple things and now let's add a $440 in a window replacement! 0/10On the other hand, the property director Christina is the one good thing about this complex. She has helped me through the mess since day 1. She's amazing and I'm glad that she's able to help me at least.

The apartments are spacious but there's an alarm going off outside my door, it's been going off the entire time I've lived here. It's actually not very peaceful. I turn it off every night so I can sleep. I've asked them to fix it several times. Still not fixed. The trash is always overflowing and they're always having a party or something in the office instead of things that need to be done.

Would strongly advise against moving here.The pools are never open and if they are the water is very gross. Maintenance takes very long to come out once requested, even with a maintenance emergency. Very hard to get in contact with the front office even on days they are supposed to be open. The gates are never closed so it's hard to even call this a "gated" complex. When we first moved in the price is what made it worth all the cons but now it's the same price as any downtown apartment.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for an apartment to reconsider before moving here. I had my car broken into, inside my paid for parking. When i first moved into the garage, i was told the key is for maintenance only. Office people are unwilling to help or assist with anything. I was told they would make sure my claim was worked properly. However, i was contacted by the insurance company later that day that they were closing my case.I have been here for 3 years and it has been average at best. Maintenance has been very speedy lately, but i did go 2 weeks without a heater during the ice storm of Thanksgiving 2021 and was brought space heaters. LOLAmazon hub was removed recently, half the pools dont work, and grass is typically overgrown with weeds. Place was pretty gross when i moved in as well. I had to empty my vacuum cleaner 4 times, full of dog hair.

Just a terrible apartment complex. I couldn't recommend this place less. Just go to any other apartment. Save yourself the headache. If you do decide to go here, when you leave BE SURE TO DO THE WALK THROUGH WITH THEM. They will try to say they do it another time and you don't have to do it, they'll screw you that way too. Expect to have to put in multiple maintenance request and still not have them fulfilled.

cons-gates are always broke-key fobs never worked-always had to pay extra for things being broke-crackheads breaking into peoples homes-maintenance doesn't come in a timely manner.
