Nice .... Hotel and conference center. Postal facility but and option for any company to use. They have good food lots of food. I never ate this much in my life way too many choices at the daily breakfast lunch and dinner buffet. I enjoyed the bar area they have sing bingo and karaoke nights to break up the boredom that can occur on a work training trip .... Huge gym with full sized basket ball court. Olympic sized pool with cabanas .... Indoor track above basketball court ..... rooms were very cozy.... No complaints there. They have shuttles available for airport transport and scheduled store and casino runs ...

We enjoy coming here several times per week. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and the food is amazing especially the pizza, wings & burgers. A lot of times on Friday nights they have special like filet mignon etc.

Think twice before booking. The place is full of major issues. The rooms are not cleaned everyday. AC barely works. Phone calls will cost you a fortune. The food is overpriced and mediocre. Staff rude and racist. The carpets smells. Wi-Fi connection is terrible and cable tv is a joke. And just now they cut the water in the rooms, so no bathroom available. Avoid this place!

First thing to know - this is not a standard hotel. It may feel that way, but it is actually a training center for the USPS. It's really a government building, and right now it is run by Aramarck, who are an international company. The rooms are small. The walls are really thin. There's no fridge or microwave in your room. The mattress was uncomfortable. There's no billing meals to your room, either. Breakfast is $16, lunch and dinner are each $26. We had to pay an extra $36 for the privilege of sleeping in the same bed - it was called "the spouse package". This didn't come with any perks, beyond both of us having the same access to the hotel facilities. (My key was taken from me atone point, and the onus was on me to argue my point well enough to get it back.) I saw folks recurringly returning to the front desk to get their keys re-magnetized, myself included. Their computer system seemed to be annoyingly stuck in the 80s. When it was time to check out, the process was just as annoying as it had been to get checked in. The gym facilities, sauna and hot tub were definitely a highlight, though. It is worth noting that there are separate female and male hot tubs/saunas, which can be super nice but not when you want to hang out with your spouse. You CAN use the facilities if you're not a hotel guest, but you of course have to pay - I don't recall the rates. Our first night at the bar was great. We liked the food and the service. The second night, the staff were really swamped and stressed out. Our table was never visited by a waitress, so we joined the line at the bar to order food and drinks. They ran out of Jack Daniels a couple of hours in. The staff were as helpful as they could be within an annoyingly rigid institution. I don't recommend this spot, despite the pleasant lobby area.

Definitely will be back! Had the best weekend. I wish the restaurant hours for dinner was later in the weekends. But plenty to eat in the area.

Hotel was fine but the night auditor lies. Wanted a receipt for the shuttle but apparently they don't print them they only email. Despite the people on the dayshift telling me they print them for us at check out. She just shrugged and said I don't know why they told you that. Buffet was okay but not really worth the money. They also don't let you use appliances in your rooms. No fridge no microwave no hot plate. The place is pretty isolated so any food you want will be a bit of a drive so if you fly in enjoy the buffet.

The USPS forces me to stay here for training usually for two weeks sometimes three. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms don't have microwaves or refrigerators for whatever their reason of the week is. The food is mediocre at best and way over priced. I could get a room at any other local hotel for a lot less with better room amenities. I can also eat cheaper locally instead of their facility and not spend my whole per diem amount everyday. I never look forward to coming here and am trying to get the USPS to allow us to stay elsewhere.

First of all this organization has always been a great asset in Norman. I find it funny when a complainer write a dissertation of complaints yet didn't bother to look into this place before staying. The buffet is usually pretty good and the staff has always been very friendly. I use to work at a business across the highway. During the winter months if we had an ice storm hit they allowed anyone who needed a room for the night to stay for a huge discount. I would say the best information I can give is, if you have the time to complain you have the time to research.

I packed my bags and completely left the room before 8am, attended my training for the day, and dropped off the key on my way out the door at 2pm. I was charged an extra day as I "checked out at 2pm"
