The Hive Cafe

This was a happy accident as I was driving somewhere else and found this local Farmer's Market and had to double back. This is a small walk up taco shop with the best birria tacos and lemonade I've ever had! It's run by a couple who cook everything fresh right on the spot. They've got street tacos, birria tacos, quesadillas, coffees, lemonade, churros and more. You can go out and look at the farms animals or shop for fresh produce while you wait. They've even got a small indoor seating area or you can eat outside on the picnic tables. I live in Edmond, but will 100% be finding excuses to be making weekly trips to Bethany.

We had abuelita latte and birria tacos as well as birria quesadilla. Everything was delicious and the owners were friendly. The salsas weee very flavorful. Can't wait to try again in the future.

Husband and I tried the Hive Cafe for the first time today. IT WAS AMAZING. We had a breakfast burrito, birria tacos, and 2 lattes (one iced and one hot), and it was all so good. It was also well priced. We will be back, and we will be bringing our friends/families as well. The owners are kind and friendly too. Just an overall great experience.
