The HA Guy was super awesome! From the phone call to schedule to the actual service! These guys know their stuff! Awesome customer service and amazing results! Prices are more than fair compared to others. If you want someone to service your HVAC unit, repair it, or even replace it, there's no way you can do better than the HA Guys!

Nice guys and fast service, I would give them a 5 star for service. As far as price, 3 star, because they are probably average. They charge $99 service charge plus repair. First repair was $486 for gas valve replacement about an hour. I was quoted $411, the day before. I did ask about senior citizen discount, which was told the they did give them but price still went up. Didn't fix it 2nd trip wad $382 for a circuit board replacement 30 minutes. My total was $972 which is probably the cost of a new unit. I had the same repair on my home furnace the same year and same brand but a bigger unit. My part was $194.50, they applied the $87 service charge the day before as the labor. ($100 less) Another company in 2018, unit parts was still under warranty, I was charged $175/ hour labor and it took them over 3 hours to replace a part. The reason I didn't call that company back. So, I would give them a 5 star for time management and they did go back out to the house at 9pm to see why their first repair wasnt working. To be honest, my husband thought they got it wrong the first time and didn't think we should have been charged labor for both times. I would say it ended up being $99 service charge, $500 labor plus parts. Over $175/hour.

Michael with Heat and Air Guy saved my life today. My furnace stopped working and Becky scheduled an appointment that day! Michael was very knowledgeable and kind.He found the problem and got my furnace working!!! What a great guy and company!!Especially appreciate it because the temperature tonight will get down to 13 degrees!

In my opinion, and I've used a number of HVAC repair companies, their pricing is very high. I tried to call the owner several times after the maintenance call and was unable to reach him. Eventually, to his credit, he did call me back.

Responsive (I contacted them after hours), professional and on time. Excellent on communication, which is important as I'm from California and am used to these standards (very hard to find with other professionals here in OK). They'll be taking care of all of my units, and my family will be using them for all of their units, too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excessive Inflation on parts and was not satisfied with work done, would not refund. Ended up hiring someone else.

Way over charged! We didn't receive an invoice when the technician left, just wrote out a check. Upon receiving the emailed invoice, we were charged $145.00 for a $22 part. We were also charged for an after hours visit when the technician arrived by 4:30, he had to leave to go get the correct part, which didn't happen to be in the large van of parts he pulled up in. He returned after 5:00 and charged us for the after hours fee. I feel completely ripped off and will not be calling them in the future for business.
