The Ground Floor Cafe

This is an excellent quick breakfast-lunch to-go cafe with nice lunch offerings like sandwiches, pot pies, rotisserie chickens as well as pastries, cookies (which are massive by the way), baked goods and more. Cozy space but many many tables immediately outside. Their iced tea is also excellent. Highly recommended if you are looking for something in Leadership Square!

Let me start of by saying I'm not from around here and this was my fist choice to come and try a new place out... It really feels like at home cooked breakfast. 10/10. And a very good price not gonna lie. I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese croissant and my boyfriend got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich both were delicious!! very nice and quiet.

Good biscuits and gravy. The guy working here is super nice! Need to try an omelette next time

LOVED my grilled chicken Caesar -- just perfect for a light lunch on a hot summer afternoon!Friendly table service.I'm anxious to try the Croque Monsieur next time I'm in -- I want to compare it to the local gold standard (i.e., the Croque Monsieur at La Baguette up on north May). We'll see.

Great breakfast and lunch options. They also do daily specials that change every day. For me, that's a must!! check them out.

Nice little cafe in Leadership Square downtown with a very friendly owner and decent food. They seem to have some good daily specials, though I went with the Croque Monsieur and Twice-baked Potato when I went. Sandwich was well done, especially with the browned cheese on top of the bread, but it was a little too rye for my taste (which was my fault because I didn't pay attention to the type of bread it had when I got it). Was still quite tasty even for a non-rye person like me. Twice baked potato was nice and soft, though not quite as strong a flavor as those I have made in the past. I also really appreciate that they have energy drinks here, which can be hard to find due to the lack of convenience stores in downtown OKC. Sometimes you just need that extra kick in the mornings, lol.

It's like mom and pop were a diner and a fancy cafeteria who had a baby named Ground floor cafe. Breakfast is fantastic. They have an egg station that is very customizable, even to the extent you want your eggs cooked. The lunch specials are great deals, but I haven't been able to try one yet because they are loaded with carbs and dairy. Luckily they have options for those of us on a diet too. I've had the chicken Caesar wrap, which they load with their fabulous ceasar salad. And what's not to love about their rotisserie half chicken as well?The only reason this isn't a five star is because their prices are a little high, but it's prime real estate so it's not surprising. The best part about Ground Floor is that the staff is so kind and friendly. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and chat while your food is prepared. I take the tunnels from the court house on over to avoid traffic, which makes Ground Floor Cafe and easy and fast lunch. I've been here once a week since I've worked downtown.

You cannot beat the hospitality at this cute place! Gentlemen always greet you with a smile, and the food is made with a lot of care. Today, one of the workers saw that I was sweating after a run and brought out an ice water for me. Looking for the friendliest and best service? This is the place!
