The Greens Country Club is a beautiful Country Club with wonderful amenities: golf, tennis, swimming- just a few to mention. My 2 friends and I had lunch in the bar area with a wonderful view of the golf course. After having wine, we ordered lunch, one of my friends ordered the beef fajita quesadilla - the fajita beef was tender and tasty. My other friend ordered the fried chicken wrap the chicken with tasty. I ordered the Cuban - the shredded pork was very dry and the ham was pre-fried, thick pickle slice and had mayo not the traditional mustard. The presentation was very nice, but I did not care for their version of a Cuban sandwich.Great atmosphere, friendly service .

We joined The Greens toward the end of the summer and we wish we'd joined sooner for so many reasons. The atmosphere is not at all stuffy like some of the country clubs I've visited. The food is consistently delicious, even with the seasonal changes. The dishes are typically fairly traditional with a modern flair. Sometimes it will include an unexpected sauce or ingredient. My husband has been very pleased with the golf course. He said it is very well-kept and everyone has been courteous. We have played pickle ball a couple of times and I have attended the padel clinic. The courts are also very nice and well-maintained.If you are looking for a place to join a social club, this would also be an excellent choice. Their calendar is somewhat overwhelming each month. There is something to do pretty much every single day of the week. I have met someone who is now one of my best friends from being social at the club.

Ummm can we talk about how outstanding the new summer menu is?! Lord Jesus. This was my first time at The Greens for dinner and cocktails. Because of course you have to be a member (or know someone who is) to enjoy the food. Apparently they change the menu every season and this was the first week of their summer spring menu. Everything was so yummy. From the avocado bruschetta to the cocktails. The service was prompt and friendly and the view was so serene. I wasn't eating meat during my visit and the head chef came out to make sure my food was cooked fine without meat. Let's just say it was beyond amazing and plated beautifully. Can't imagine what it would have tasted like if it was the way it was created. I can't wait to go again and try something with meat.

One of the best Golf Golf Clubs in the city. Not only are the holes great but they have a great community of regulars. Fun things to do during the week and a great view for a sunset dinner! I have also attended several events here too and it's a great location for a wedding or special event as well.

Today I had the best lunch at the Greens during the monthly DAR meeting. It was a vegan rice and veggie stuffed pepper with asparagus on the side. The rice had a nice tangy flavor of garlic and balsamic vinegar. I tried to dig all of it out to eat every bite. If you're looking for a vegan option for lunch, try the Greens. The staff is always professional. It's a great institution that's been around for years. My grandma retired from the Greens at the age of 80. They treated her like family.

Great test of golf on the new Bermuda greens. They are firmest Greens and best test around the city during the hot summer months when the bent greens around town need to be heavily watered. Newly decorated clubhouse bar and dining area is pretty cool too.

I've been a member here for around 5 years. The club has transitioned from a dated old club with a staff/chef who lost their passion and let the club just go to "functioning." A little over a year ago new management came on board and completely flipped the club on its head in tne best of ways. The Greens now boasts one of the best chef's in the city(as his food goes to prove that correct), completely renovated course, dining room, pool area and overall clubhouse. The changes couldn't be more welcomed. As for the food, The Greens went from a place you would rarely ever eat at unless you had to, to being a destination bar and restaurant for any sort of business lunch, catered event, wedding or night out on the weekend. Live music on Fridays night and the dinner menu is absolutely incredible with rotating specials every weekend. What. A. Treat!! - Well done Greens Country Club!!

I just moved back from Dallas and used to be a member at the Greens. I still have lots of friends who belong out there. After joining members out there and talking to those members who have been at the Club for years, I will NOT be joining. The Club has completely changed. They are trying to run the older members out because all they care about now are the young members. They don't care about loyalty. They treat the older members with so much disrespect. It keeps getting worse. Management has complete control over everything now, including the board which now consists only of their friends. It is apparent greed and money has taken over this Club. They are trying to take away members ability to play on Saturdays so they can host private tournaments (members have to pay extra to play on their own golf course they have a membership to.. the Club's ability to make more money!) What is the point of having a golf membership if you take away 2 out of 7 days to play? They don't enforce the dress code on the golf course, nor inside the dining area or pool (where they allow thongs at the pool... gross, this is not a public beach, it is a country club!). In addition, the adult pool has turned into a circus/party scene. Lastly, if someone has a recommendation or concern, it is brushed off by management, unless you are friends with them. The best interest of its members is NO longer being taken into account. All the management cares about is itself (MONEY! MONEY! MONEY!) and appeasing their friends/"chosen members". They are going to run this Club to the ground because of their attitudes and poor representation of who they let join. They really need to rethink how they treat their members, especially the members that have stood by them since day one. Without the loyal members they are trying to run out, the Club would not be where it is today. They are going to get a bad reputation in this city and ruin the status this Club has worked so hard to uphold.
