Let me start by saying if i could give this place zero stars i would... but thats not an option. Also notice that all the reviews on this place are bad. Not one decent review. This place is the biggest mistake I have ever made, as far as a living situation goes. Whitney the property manager does not ever get out of her office to manage anything and does not care about your well being or safety. She will tell you lies to make you want to live there like, "this is a safe gated community." She failed to mention they never close the gates or have security or cameras. My truck has been broken into twice after living here for 3.5 months. Its a regular occurrence for vehicles to be broken into. The staff is absolutely useless. I was expressing my concern after my truck window had been smashed the 2nd time (i had nothing in my vehicle to take) and the maintenance man told me that, "noone gives a fuck about my problems." The only thing worse than the staff is the corperate office you call for lindsey management. They are rude and don't want to improve the living situation either. My neighbors below me chain smoked cigarettes and the smoke carried through the vents and that was all i could smell. The parking is the worst parking situation I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Every day that I get home after 9pm I literally park a half mile away from my building and walk home. It takes longer for me to walk from the parking spot to my apartment than it does for me to drive home from work. DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP OF LIVING HERE! IT IS A HUGE MISTAKE.

I applied for these apartments months before my last lease was up and every single time I called they moved the date back and back and told me November, I ended up getting in in September. The staff didn't obviously collaborate together because I got multiple different answers. DONT live here unless you want to hear the neighbors, talking flushing, the toilet walking around even closing cabinets. The people above me were so loud. I tried to get a hold of The Greens in more than three emails and calls and no one ever got back to me. I left my number I left my email when I finally got a hold of them they said there was really nothing they could do. These apartments are so cheaply made I would not recommend them for anyone. This place is a joke management is a joke finding a parking space is a joke if I'm paying over $1000 in rent every month it's absolutely not worth it. I have had nothing but trouble in these apartments the neighbors keep me up at night and in the morning. I moved into a brand new apartment in the first time I took a shower in my closet flooded. They are built so cheaply all they want is money. Worst place I've EVER lived.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThe office staff, NEVER provides accurate information. Me and my roommate extended our lease in the office and then 2 months later we get a notification that we have to pay a late fee. Also for the duration of our extension we have to pay the rent increase because we were late. For the pool and gym amenities. You are allowed 1 guest per occupant. If we had 1 extra friend they would make them leave. Even when we were the only people at the pool. That's just 2 examples I have of many of their "hospitality."

UPDATE: Although I still would be wary of how much time you give yourself waiting for an apartment, I did receive a call from the Greens and they did give me my deposit back. That being said, I do stand by that the apartments themselves are incredible, things just weren't done in a timely manner.---If I could give 0 stars then I would. Let me be very clear - I was SO excited to live here. I applied for my apartment in April and put that I needed somewhere as soon as possible. I was informed that there wouldn't be an opening until August. It wasn't ideal, but I could wait until August 5. In July, two weeks before the end of the month, Ivy from the front office told me it would be either September or October. Mind you, I already but down a $250 deposit. After August 5, I never heard another word. I read that if they didn't give you your apartment by expected move in time, they would refund your holding money. This does NOT happen. I have called for almost six months and nothing. This place is despicable and is only out for your money. If you haven't already given them money, don't. Walk away, find somewhere better. You won't regret it.

I moved into a filthy apartment that was not cleaned beforehand (see pictures of glass that was on the floor, filthy carpet that smelled like pee, filthy cabinets with food spilled, dead roaches). I spotted a roach the first week I lived here and have had pest control out every two weeks with zero improvement. The Manager, Whitney, has been zero help and does not care, stating "what do you want me to do about it" after the pest control is not working. She has denied me the information of her supervisor, as well after offering previously to give it to me. They have offered zero comps, new unit, anything. I would not recommend ever giving this place your money as it is absolutely awful.

Ultimately living here's alright if you can afford it - but be careful. Even if you *can* afford it now, you have *NO* protections against rent increases, and they ***will*** increase it on you. Do *not* rent here. We can do nothing about the increase, and they said it's unlikely to ever go down. Take care. The maintenence for bigger things is wildly unreliable. The maint guys on the ground are gems.

Security here is ridiculous. It seems like there is a car break in every other day. Just last night there were around 10 cars that were broken in to! I get a Ring notification every week about a car break in that has occurred at The Greens and or links (which is right next to each other). My husband and I will not be renewing our lease because we are scared for our safety and the safety of our personal belongings. The value of the apartments are good as long as you are in the newer built apartments but they are still cheaply made. Management needs to fix the gate, fix and add more street lights and maybe even hire security patrol.

On Dec 23rd after 5pm while we were away the sprinkler pipes in the wall of the apartment broke. Flooding the apartment with about an inch of water making unlivable. Maintenance came and cut the water off pulled up all the carpet and left. No one came back for five days we had too stay with relatives. No one was working in the office and even after Christmas Whitney Marshall Community Director had not shown up. The person working on behalf of Miss Marshall said she would have to wait until she returned before doing anything. Min d you no one has offered us an apartment we could live in while maintenance was done to our apartment. After repeated attempts to get someone in management to respond I gave up a wet to turn my keys in. I provided my notice and gave them the keys but not before I check the apartment again. No flooring holes in the wall mold starting to appear on walls and windows. I hope whoever rents unit 1003 the disclosed it had been flooded by law. To end my nightmare the Greens Apartments offered me any alternative living arrangements for a week and wit a pregnant wife we had to stay with relatives thru the holidays. Oh and by the way the are suing me for early termination

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Living here is miserable. We moved into a filthy apartment. It had a strong stale cigarette smell. Mildew all in the bathtubs, patio door wouldn't close all the way or lock, couldn't even close the living room blinds. Both the bathroom sinks fill up without being plugged and barely have any water pressure. And soo much more. Our dryer barely works, it takes 2+ rounds to dry anything. We immediately went to management and were told all of this would be fixed. Well, in order to get anything done with them you have to physically go up to the office and complain. Now after living here for just over 2 weeks, we've already found a roach. I am dreading the rest of my lease, so take it from me.. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I seriously wish we would have gone anywhere other than here. But here we are, paying almost $1200 a month for an absolutely terrible apartment.
