The Greens At Moore Apartments

By far the worst apartments I've lived in, the management there is awful and the staff is very rude. There was a massive flood from the water heater within the first couple of months I lived here, and after my lease ended and I moved out they charged me $600 to replace the carpet because they said I had a pet that damaged the carpet and caused staining, I have never owned a pet. I tried to reason with them about it but they continue to falsely accuse me of having a pet, claiming they had proof. The proof was the staining on the carpet from the water heater. Im sending in complaints to the better business bureau about this issue, absolutely unacceptable. I got to speak to the head of management there and she said "you're a passed resident, I'm not going to argue with you about this matter." As if I was no longer a priority what do ever, even tho they are trying to charge me $600?! I have never been so wrongly accused. These apartments would be the last place I would recommend anybody to live at.

They seriously suck! If you decide to live there make sure to only be there a year! They will continuously raise your rent, never update anything your apartment and hardly fix anything! One time they tried fix our damn ceiling fan by outing a pizza box in between wall and fan to keep it from wobbling! Also i would Wrk order for them to fix things and they write they fixed it when they didn't now I left and they are trying to charge me me for leaving early when I gave 30 day notice and paid rent and left before 30 days is up and they had someone in my old apartment before 30 days is up! Never will rent from the greens or Lindsay management again! Can you say slum lord!

Did not get any money back after moving out! Apartment was clean! Then i was told i owe $75. What? Said they had to put kilz on the walls??? What? Had the 2 br and paid $777 a month! Not a dime back from them! Will not recommend them!

I love living here at these apartments! Very clean, management is really nice , and they are always in too of any thing that needs to be fixed.

they could've done better keeping up with the property. One of the maintenance guys on property says he will come back and fix your stuff and he never comes back hard road bad things about one of the guys from different residents. their own property and they say he never showed back up to get the work done. they go up every year on your rent. I do not recommend living here. I've heard from different residents that they have mold in their apartment and nobody wants to come out to take care of it.

My husband and I, and our little one, have lived here now for a year and a half. We have renewed our lease and plan to stay for at least another year or two. Maintenance is exceptional. They always respond within a few hours of the request, and fix the issue within one or two trips the same 24 hours of the request. The apartment grounds are well kept with regular mowing. The office staff is always kind and helpful with my questions. I don't know why there are bad reviews, but this has been a wonderful home for us. We came from a horrible apartment experience with horrible maintenance and flooding issues, so we feel incredibly blessed to find such a nice home here. Neighbors are friendly and Rent is reasonably priced. Thank you The Greens At Moore.4 stars just because there is always room for improvement. The apartments as a whole could use a repaint and maybe some attention with tree trimming.

My boyfriend & I of FIVE years drove over two hours to tour these apartments. Upon our arrival, she asked if we were married and we answered no. She then proceeded to tell us that unfortunately we can not share a lease if we are not legally married or blood related. This is wrong in so many ways. Family does not always mean blood related or legally bonded. My boyfriend and I have known each other our whole lives and we're ready to start our lives together. I asked if there was anything we could do and she said "get married." There is nothing wrong with waiting over 5 years to get married and it is WRONG that we are being treated differently because of this decision.

Worst apartments I've ever lived in, maintenance wasn't too bad had quite a bit of issues with the apartment but where resolved overall. Personally wouldn't recommend ever living here to anyone lady at the front was so rude not only to me but my roommate as well. She started raising her voice & got irritated over the slightest things. Tried making us get rid of one of our animals but two of them are registered service animals.

Does nothing about noise complaints. My neighbors that I share a bedroom wall with blare their music with heavy bass that vibrates the walls day and night. I've made several calls to overnight hotline and to the main office during the day. Nothing has been done. I've spoke personally to the manager as well about it and yet it continues.

Decent place to live and good location in Moore just don't expect to get your deposit back. I know that's a huge complaint from tenants' and some of them don't even clean that well to make sure they get their money back. But I used to clean apartments as a part of an old job I had when the cleaning lady who normally did that couldn't come in. It was pretty hard work sometimes and I can guess about how much they can get paid on average so I assume the cleaning fees are always a bit hefty but when there's nothing to clean and everything that was damaged when I moved in is on the damage log and I didn't break anything? I just don't see how you can come to the conclusion to charge me more than 100 bucks. I mean for what I'm saying I worked hard and busted my back and sweat so much to clean the place far better than when I moved in and you're telling me that the cleaning charge is still going to be that much? Holy cow. Also when i moved in there were stain on the walls that just easily came off with a cloth and warm water and compared to that the cleaning I did? No comparison. Whoever cleaned my apartment when I first moved in had no standards and I leave it better than it was before I got there and you're telling me I don't get a dime back? Harsh stuff. I'll give 3 stars since it was decent for the price but I wouldn't recommend it if you are wanting a decent amount of space or wanting your deposit back even if you hired a cleaning service that's cheaper than their cleaning fee you would still get a fee slapped on there I'm certain. People in the office were nice and maintenance was always nice as well. Only complaint is the deposit. Which I understand is the number one complaint for this business but I just don't understand how you can charge me when I already clean it. I mean the cleaning fee specifically not the other charges that are necessary.
