The Grandstand Sports Grille

Wife and I had an absolutely great experience! Had tried numerous times before but never waited due to the long times. This time we planned ahead to play a few machines and walk around waiting for our table time and it worked out perfectly. Casino people watching then a great meal!I had the fried catfish bites and they were great. They are smaller bite size pieces and fried perfectly with little to no grease residue! The fries also had a great crispy texture and we're very filling.The best price was the meal was cheap compared to everything else in the area and we went to the casino and got free ice cream for dessert after!

Worth a 45 minute wait while playing in the casino The service is so casual & friendly. Food is DELICIOUS with huge portions & great value $$. Happily surprised with souvenir cups with our soft drinks. Recommend the Cuban sandwich!

In town for business and staying at The Grand Casino. When I was hungry for lunch and dinner, there was either the food court or this place. This place was always packed, so I figured that was all the sign I needed, and I wound up eating lunch and dinner here for the next three day. I tried the Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Tacos, and Fried Pickles. Everything had so much flavor and I could tell was fresh. I was really blown away by the quality of the food, the friendly customer service and the unbeatable prices. I would for sure stay at this hotel & casino again due to the food from here being some of the best I've ever had at a hotel & casino. The overall ambiance is definitely a sports bar with huge tv screens to the back for watching all your sports.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience this evening. I do understand that I came in on a Friday night, so obviously I knew there was going to be a wait but honestly, this was not worth it. Typically when I do reviews I give a star for food, star for service, star for ambiance, star for overall experience and a star for if I'd come back. This place only got a star for its food and the sad part is, I got a salad, fries and fried chicken wings. SO VERY EASY BASIC FOOD. Waited about 5 minutes in line to speak with the hostess and let her know we needed a table. She was upset. She is obviously upset with her job, how busy it was and it showed all over. She didn't even greet us but immediately asked "how many?" Then proceeded to tell us that it's a 30 minute wait for a party of 3. Like I said, I understood there's a wait because it was a Friday night! So we gave her our number and played some slots! We got a text at exactly 30 minutes and arrived to the hostess stand. Kind of played follow the leader because our hostess didn't know where to seat us and we heard one of the servers say "I just got seated nope." Eventually got seated and didn't even get the server's name. Our receipt shows a name but I don't want to publicly put it on here. She asked us what we wanted to drink and immediately left to grab it. She didn't even say a word after we said our drinks. Food took slightly longer than usual but again, Friday night lol. ANYWAYS, the worst part was just the absence of our server. After serving our food, she did ask if we needed anything and we replied ketchup but before I can finish and ask for extra napkins, she turned around and quickly went to run for a bottle of ketchup... only to come back for me to ask for extra napkins and she looked annoyed. I noticed that she was always in the back and hardly ever on the floor, we waited a good 15-20 minutes just sitting there waiting for her to bring us the bill. She did make an appearance during that time to talk to other servers (sounds like they were gossiping), face her back to us and literally avoid eye contact with us. It almost felt like she wanted us there longer to occupy one of her tables so she doesn't have to get another. AND THERE WAS STILL A WAIT AND A LINE TO BE SEATED! Did I mention she never gave us refills on our drinks until literally we paid the bill? Overall, I would probably never return. The food isn't worth the horrible service. Not sure if our server was having a bad day but evidently she didn't care. I hardly ever write 1 star reviews and I never like complaining about service since I was once a server and my heart is open for them. BUT, this was probably one of the worst experience I have ever had. I truly hope she was having a bad day and isn't normally like this.

The food is great. The service, most days is good as well. The ambiance is drab for my taste but that ok.

The 3-star rating is for the food ONLY. This was our favorite casino, and our favorite place to eat. We still love the pizza, and paired with a salad, it's amazing. Alligator Tail Bites---yummy.BUT. . .something has happened. Twice now we have gone in to take a seat at the bar for dinner and have been told immediately that no food will be served at the bar. This with people eating there (at the bar) and dirty dishes visible. I don't understand that. Understaffing?Please, use your chalkboard easel to warn customers of the change when it happens. "No food served at the bar after 8 pm."This isn't working.

We came in on a Friday night when there was a concert and it was packed. I ordered the fish tacos which were fairly good, but nothing wonderful. They had small pieces of fried and breaded tilapia (I do mean small pieces). The Cole slaw was strung out over all 3 tacos and totally messy. They should put it on one taco at a time so that people don't spill Cole slaw on their clothes. [MEGA HINT!!!] Also, I think it was a little spicy. A suggestion would be to sriracha mayo on the side.Another fail was there was no cheese on American tacos (i mean you mix tortillas and sriracha on a taco only an American would do that! Lol!) And the service was lacking. It took me numerous waitresses to get additional napkins after my clothes had been attacked by the aforementioned Cole slaw

Ordered a club sandwich and fries that were delicious. Great service even though we ordered close to closing time. We also love the pizza and burgers!

I have been waiting for over an hour or fried pickles, nachos, and chicken tenders.... No explanations, no apology, not discount for wasting my time.... I guess if the kids are still awake they can eat the food and if they feel asleep I'm not sure it worth waking them up for it, honestly... I wouldn't eat here again unless it's free or you just have 3 hours to wait around for bad nachos... two thumbs down...
