The First Residences At First National

Cool luxury apartments that I got a tour for - moved out of my current place but considering moving here. They have a ton of facilities, including pools, gyms, lounges and even dog parks. Also connected to the First National Building as well. Check it out for a tour sometime!

I've lived at first national since April 2023 and I love it! There are special events with the other residents ( food trucks, cocktail mixers, pool cookouts, wine tastings) etc. I like the sense of community and enjoy the social aspects of living downtown. I can be anywhere in okc within a 15 minute drive I definitely made the right decision to streamline my life and I couldn't be happier here at the residences at first national!!

Have been living here for a few months now. Nice amenities, good security, and amazing staff. I love the location as well, right in the heart of OKC. Not to mention the restaurants and bars just downstairs! The building also has a rich history and beautiful architectural features.

When I first stepped foot into The First National Building I knew something was going to be different in my living experiences of all other apartment buildings I have lived in throughout Oklahoma City. I immediately set up a tour with The First Residences leasing office and a few days later I was getting settled into my new apartment in downtown Oklahoma City. Every employee that makes living here what it is, the concierge, security, valet, cleaning, has been incredibly kind and helpful any and every time I have reached out. The resident events and restaurants within the building have connected me to new friends and networking within my career. I love to be moving and active so being able to hop on my bike or throw on my rollerblades and zoom the streets and parks nearby that lead to wonderful trails along the river has been like any other kind of active life style I could have dreamt of living in Oklahoma. If I could give living at The First Residences 100 stars, I would do just that.

FYI they posted flyers on all the resident doors asking to leave them a good review in exchange for a rent credit, so take the previous reviews with a big grain of salt.After living here for a year I cannot wait to get out. The windows don't open leaving the air constantly stale, and filled with all the smells of your neighbors, both good and bad. Just hope nobody burns food or cooks anything with a strong smell, or are smoking week or cigarettes stinking up the whole floor which happens often.Just hope you don't have any complaints for management, which you likely will. You won't get a response for weeks, and if you do it's going be rude, dismissive, and come with some retaliation. The staff as a whole are rude with exception of the valet, who are the only reason this review even gets 2 stars.Save your money. You will receive subpar service, hostile management, and average food/drinks downstairs. As someone who has lived in many similar high rises in Los Angeles and San Francisco I can honestly say I've never experienced the type of treatment I did here. Don't let the beautiful facade of the place fool you. With exception of the aesthetics, this building is no better than the budget buildings down the road. I couldn't be more disappointed with my year in this building.

This was the only place I wanted to live in OKC. The building is stunning - a landmark example of Art Deco architecture. Everything from the elevator doors to the "Living Room" ceiling are spectacular. The staff are kind, responsive and remarkable helpful. They make living here a joy. The location is perfect. Incredibly convenient to downtown but still peaceful at night. The amenities in the building are unsurpassed. Living at the First National makes life beautiful and easy.

What is not to love walking into a beautiful building with amazing historic craftsmanship in the "Grand Hall and Vault". Wonderful restaurants, boutique shops etc. 14th floor amenities include community kitchen, full fitness facility, pool lounge, grill area and dog park. We moved in April 2023 and happy to call "First Residence" our home...we feel like we're on a cruise ship. Incredible walks about OKC city limits, the "Green Team" takes huge pride in keeping the city well manicured. Meme and James

First National is the most exquisite residence I have ever lived in and that is compared to 5 different towers and large apartment communities in San Francisco and Newport Beach. Despite it's grandeur, it is a very tight knit community, both residents and staff. Trish, head of leasing, is the most kind and accommodating agent I have ever met. The food and beverage is one of a kind. Featuring cuisine that rival any in SF or L.A. Rich, F&B Mgr, is as hard working and talented head of F&B you will ever find and I have almost 30 years of experience in the service industry. His chefs would be highly competitive on any reality cooking series. The Vault is a clever Speakeasy forged out of a copious vault engineered before the gold standard was canned. Whether for a night stay, dinner or permanent residence/way of life, do yourself a favor and visit this historic treasure.

Amazing place to live. Excellent amenities, incredible attentive staff, beautiful apartments, all in an incredible historic building with multiple bars, restaurants and more. I love living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for place in downtown OKC. Nothing else like it
