The Eye Care Center

I love the Eye Care Center. They are friendly, prompt, clean, and rarely running behind on my appointment time. Not only that, they can service my entire family, so there's no longer a need to go anywhere else. We usually go as a family and then grab lunch afterwards. Family date day. LOLKesha is my favorite person to help search for glasses. She gives great feedback, conversation, and just an overall great staff member. Destiny and Misty were also always extremely helpful for my visit this last time and with getting me scheduled and educated for newbie contacts.The Eye Care Center is just a great place for all your eye care needs (hence the name) and worth the visit.

Rude front desk ladies. At first they ignore you but then when they do acknowledge your presence they aren't nice at all. I won't be coming to this office again.

Best Optometrist I have ever been to! I called this location during a holiday week after suffering severe allergies and in desperate need of some major eye drops. The receptionist quickly found me a same-day appointment and was courteous. Upon my arrival, I was kindly greeted and filled out some simple paperwork. I waited in the lobby for just 5 min and was them promptly taken back for my examination. Dr. Le was extremely helpful and to the point! He even was kind enough to consider the price of the prescription ( which doctors rarely do) and I truly appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

This place is awesome. I have been to several different eye doctors in my life and this place beats them all hands down. I had barely sat down and I was being called back for my exam. Joey did my eye "x-rays" and peripheral tests. He was really nice and did a great job. He was very good at explaining what he was doing so I knew what to expect. He was also very patient with me when I asked questions. He had barely finished my tests when Dr. Glaze came in. He was also great. He was very knowledgeable. I had RK years and years ago and it can cause problems as I age. He explained it all so I could understand it. He did a thorough exam and was also very patient with my questions. He didn't seem rushed or act like I was asking too many questions. I actually enjoyed my visit which has never happened before. I then moved on to Heather to order my glasses. She was great too. I didn't like any of the women's glasses so she showed me some men's glasses that fit my face and were a style I liked. She spent lots of time helping me get the perfect glasses. As far as Covid precautions, they were all wearing masks. Patients had to wear masks. they were sanitizing all the glass frames I touched and Joey cleaned all the machine right before I used them. I felt very safe. I highly recommend The Eye Care Center. They are great.

If you need an appointment and glasses quick, they are the place to go! Their location is easy to find and they have their own parking lot. Post COVID19, they are still very reliable. However, it was concerning because they require masks, but do not have social distancing in their waiting area. No wifi either. The recrptionists said "The doctor doesn't allow it." The staff were not very friendly but were helpful.My boyfriend said the doctor was nice and okay for a routine exam. The main star of this location is Keisha. She helps with your glasses! My boyfriend needed glasses asap and Keisha went above and beyond. She made him temporary lenses so the poor guy can see and followed up with the actual ones very quickly. My boyfriend has terrible vision and always gets the thinnest lenses with all the coatings. They quote up to two weeks for production, but we got it Micu quicker!

Most professional staff, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Glaze is one of the best and his support team is superior!

Dr Tyler Glaze has been our family optometrist / ophthalmologist for years. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have a high prescription with astigmatism so need someone who knows his stuff.

I just called and asked if they did laser eye surgery and they said, NO, we don't do that here?????

Can't say enough about this place! Dr. Thomas is "top notch" and Ashley was very warm and helpful...soothing to my eyes as well! Told the Veterans Administration they should refer ALL veterans there!

I've been here a couple of times seeing Dr. Le & Isbell. They do a great job and are very thorough. It's been amazing to be able to see things again! The staff was also very helpful in selecting new frames and making sure that the fitment was great.
