Guess the rumors are true.
Ceiling falling down.
Doors always open and do not lock properly.
Mold and building falling apart.
tiles falling down.
No working hot tub.

You guys may as well hand the keys back over to the Bank. You keep increasing rent, Income stays the same. The Average Median Income for the US is 75k or less. You run off people that pay their rent by Nickle and Diming them out the door. The property is cheaply made and poorly maintained. 1900 a month for 1 bed and 1 bath is ridiculous especially when you have lived there for 3 years. Do yourself a favor and Just sell it. The market isn't getting better. People would rather just not pay than pay more for rent when our income is staying the same. It's outright ridiculous. You guys are just THIEVES.As if Nickel and Diming you out the door with excessive fees wasn't enough... yes they Threaten you with sending your $150 B.S. charges to collections. I'm sure 75 of it Goes to Beth's Commision or Bonus at the end of the Year! YOUR WELCOME BETH! Hey but do not fix the fire alarms or fix anything really... Like I said Theft is what these people do best!!!

Decent amenities, they have gym and exercise room. The lobby is decent. The corridors could be cleaner. Staff is always friendly and responsive. Ive lived here for two years now. I think its pricey for what's offered but there aren't a lot of options. For me too two selling points were pool and location.

The edge has always been helpful with anything you need. They have probably the best location for any apartment building in Oklahoma City.

This place is scary!!! Wolf in sheep's clothing!!! Looks great on the walk through but once you move in it goes down hill quickly. It is NOT a secure building. I'm the two years i have lived here i have encountered 4 homeless people inside one at my door. Enclosed halls. The garage door is always broken, the elevators break all the time and do not get me started on the fire alarms at all hours of the night. Approximately 16 times since i have lived here. The manager Bree told me to my face "we do not guarantee our safety ". Then why did i move into a gated key fob building???? Just saying. Now i am hearing many apartments have mold in the AC closets! Seriously! Oh and if you like to smoke come on in!!! It is a non smoking building but at any time there are people vaping, smoking, and pot smoking and all areas of the building. Most doors do not lock properly so the homeless know this so just be careful walking around the building.

This place is unsafe and overpriced. Homeless people have slept in front of our door, the parking garage gate is not working half the time, the hallways and stairwells are DISGUSTING and SMELL. It's embarrassing to live here. The grill areas are filthy and outside doors usually do not lock. They charge a premium as when I moved in they advertised as a " luxury apartment." LOL, there's nothing luxury about this place. It has a good location in midtown, but the place is falling apart and they don't care and are slow to fix anything. They even reduced the number of maintenance people to fix things here. This place is an embarrassing joke. People RARELY renew their lease after the first year. If you move here, good luck....

I had a GREAT experience with T. She was very informative about 2 bedrooms and made sure to take her time and explain all of the amenities in and out of the complex. She explained there is a great diversity among the people in the complex. She was very inviting and her overall attitude and knowledge was enlightening.

The hot tub is not heating, and has not bee for several months. The law requires that the edge have all facilities working at all times. See the bottom of page 21-22.A landlord shall at all times during the tenancy:Maintain in good and safe working order and condition allelectrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and other facilities and appliances, includingelevators, supplied or required to be supplied by him;https://oksenate.gov/sites/default/files/2019-12/os41.pdfA hot tub is a facility supplied by the landlord. A facility "a place, amenity, or piece of equipment provided for a particular purpose." In my opinion, waiting for a "warranty" 4-6 weeks to fix this is not complying with the law which demands immediate action. The Edge is not complying with Weidner's stated view of customer service on page 5 of the residents hand book, which we pay you to provide. "Please direct all maintenance requests to the Management Team or submit them online. If special parts or outside services are required, we'll take care of those arrangements for you and complete your request as quickly as possible. We'll do everything we can to solve the problem." Their service is not as quick as possible.

Walked into my apartment this past Saturday and the temp was around 78 deg. Needless to say, I was a bit hot under the collar, but the Edge Staff took EXCELLENT care of me. Levi's quick response to my request cooled me off and a technician was at my apartment within minutes. Although there was not a fix for that evening, they did bring in a portable unit and I remained comfortable until Monday. Job was completed and I am back in action with cold air. Thanks so much Team Edge!! You all did a fantastic job!!

I have exclusively lived in apartments my entire adult life and living at the Edge has been the worst experience by far. First - the fees are ridiculous. In order to add reserved parking or storage (or remove parking or storage) after you have signed your lease they add on a $100 fee for each addition (or subtraction) on top of the monthly $100 fee for storage and $75 for parking. Even maintenance jobs require fees (I added keyless entry to my front door and that cost $100).There is no security - outside doors are propped open nightly, the garage door is barely functional and people that do not live here are often roaming the halls or at the pool. When I alerted the staff that the outside door leading to the leasing office was unlocked 2 nights in a row - they merely blinked and thanked me for the info. The lack of courteous and reliable maintenance is my main complaint. My dishwasher and microwave do not work. Maintenance has been by at least 6 times (while I was at work), they do nothing and then leave notes that read - "It worked for me. Try again." Renters - look elsewhere!!!!
