It's sad to see the bad ratings and tenants experiences not be taken seriously. Apparently, things won't change. My neighbor and I had to call the police 3 times in a 2 week period here because of domestic abuse in our building. The courtesy officer never called back. Finally the police officer told me to contact corporate and Erica and Bianca both were refusing to give me corporates number. And when I shared my child and I's experience here they never even apologized and asked how they could make our experience safer and better. They don't care. They just care about money. The maintenance takes forever fixing things and sometimes doesn't fix things the right way. The poo prints program is a joke considering most days there is poop in the grass everywhere. The gate doesn't ever work. So many things I could say about this place. Very disappointing and they just don't care. They don't care about the apartment "community". One of the times we had to call 911 was a woman was busting a door and car windshield. The management has yet to fix the door and it looks terrible. It's been WEEKS of this door not being replaced.

I have been living here for 2 years--I feel that we are lucky because we have an end unit so noise is minimal. The office, and maintenance, is quick to solve whatever problems arise. My only issues are with other humans that live here. People don't seem to be able to pick up after their dogs (some even let their dogs pee all over the stair landings) and then they have difficulty putting their trash, and discarded furniture where it belongs which makes it look trashy at times. You will hear most movements from your upstairs neighbors but I rarely hear other people talking. I have had some Occurrences of random, singular scorpions inside my unit, but we live surrounded by woods, so it's expected and they are quick To come spray for bugs between their regularly scheduled sprays. I feel safe here, and that's so important. The pool is well maintained, the grounds are well maintained. My only real complaint with the unit is the washer/dryer placement. I wish they had doors to enclose them into their niche. when we're watching TV or trying to sleep they are extremely loud because they are in an open area near the master bedroom. And the master bathroom has minimal storage, so you may need to purchase a storage piece or drawers if you have a lot of bathroom needs. The guest bathroom has amazing storage (under double sinks, 2 drawers, and 5 shelves) If you have kids in high school, we are too close to westmoore for bussing, so your child will either need to walk, have a friend that drives or depend on you--so be prepared for that. I have recommended living here to friends as well. It's been a. good home.

This was a temporary apartment from my company to live in and was not a very good experience. There on plus was that it was nicely furnished. But here I go 1) maintenance people just walk into the place no calling and read personal notes that were left out. 2) no respect from the office girls because it wasn't there job. 3) Below me was this family that had kids and they peed in kids toilet and then dumped on the street below. I could go on but no need at least I'm out of that place and into a nicer comfortable place.

Horrible experience! Horrible staff and employees very unprofessional! I do not recommend anyone renting here, look elsewhere. When typically asked to fix something takes forever to get a response! Parking is a joke! To be honest I'm just glad it's over! Didn't even want to give it a star to be honest!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Gate stays open from 7am-7pm. Great for deliveries like Amazon Prime. Would like to see tire rails on outside of exit gate to fervent those who use it as an entrance. Too many observations of cars going in the wrong direction because they will not purchase another fob.

DO NOT LIVE HEREWhere do I even begin? This place is so awful it's hard to know what bad to start with.My hot water tank went out during a main freeze. There were 3-4 days where we were above freezing and the tank could have been replaced. The maintenance man suggested this but MANAGEMENT said "no. Just crank the heat up". I went without hot water for 14 days. The heater ALSO WENT OUT during this time. For 10 days I had NO HOT WATER OR HEAT DURING THE BIGGEST FREEZE OF THE YEAR. They comped my rent $50. they're awful people.The "gated community" is not true. I lived there a year, and the gate was closed a total of FOUR times. Four!! 361/365 days the gate was wide open.The trash is another story. More times than not the compactor is broken or over flowing. The valet trash is convenient but they never come at a consistent time.There are drug deals and domestic violence/abuse all throughout the complex. It's an extremely unsafe place to live for females.The ants are a different story. They WILL get in your apartment even if it's sparkling clean. They are flooded in the hallway. Absolutely atrocious for the price.

Save yourself sometime and go some place else. I came in one day before work to see if I could view a 2 bed for me and my daughter. The website stated they indeed had a two bedroom. It was updated a few hours the night before I came. So I figured not much would have changed. Well I suppose I was wrong. The lady was very short and told me they didn't have any 2 bed available to try their sister location in Norman. Hmmm if I wanted to live in Norman I would be apartment hunting there. I was more annoyed because I had to wait while they opened the office back up from break.? But was late opening up the door. I just want to thank that lady from a headache I could have signed myself into. Not helpful at all and GOOD FREAKING LUCK GETTING SOMEONE to ANSWER ANY PHONE CALL. How you running a place but can't even pickup a phone call.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. These are apartments are not worth the expensive rent WHAT SO EVER. The apartments are infested with roaches. I HAD ONE FALL ON ME WHILE SHOWERING!!! Trash is everywhere. There is no where to throw away big trash so the hallways have accumulated big trash items such as couches and mattresses. I have never lived somewhere so loud either. Anytime a door opens outside you can hear it from your room. Footsteps from upstairs neighbors are so loud it's hard to sleep at times. DO NOT EVER SIGN A KEASE BERE

Horrible place to live, they pick and choose who they want to "hold accountable" for things gone wrong. Parking in the street and not in spots.Ticketing certain vehicles.Letting people leave unregistered and non driveable vehicles for Atleast a year and more.They don't monitor back section of apartments so cigarette butts trash on porches trash from people being outside etc go unnoticed and not taken care of.Maintenance can not stay on track (if it works while I'm there it's not broken)Drives the gator through grass during and after heavy rainfall leaving muddy ruts everywhere.The apartments flood on first floor every single one and nothing has been done about it and the "non emergency" number for problems doesn't work either and no one will respond.Half of office staff is rude and unprofessional. Consistently not answering emails or phones and accusing them of not being sent or "lost" then found later as if they weren't there to begin with.They try to give out as many fines as possible to accumulate money.Second floor apartments with floors caving in Drywall mud not sticking uneven floor boards and counter tops the list goes on.

For a "luxury community" this place is horrible. The gate is just one big joke, it's broken 90% of the time. And even when it does work, they leave it open for the entire day and just close it at night. So it doesn't really protect anything. The apartments themselves look nice but have underlying problems. Crappy paint on cabinets, screws just sticking out, things falling apart, rusty vents and light fixtures. The front office never answers you on anything, always say "I'll get back to you" and then proceed to never get back to you. Noise complaints at least twice a week, parties happening at 3AM. Recently, they gave us less than a 24 hour notice to clean everything out of our kitchens and bathrooms, so that they can spray pesticide where we eat. And the best part: when you want to contact corporate about your issues, it's almost impossible to get ahold of them. It took me 2 MONTHS of phone calls, emails, and bugging the office staff to finally get ahold of them, and then proceeded to get no apology and just got excuses for everything. Would get 0 stars if I could. I have never been more upset at any company in my life.
