The Dent Guys

Don Dorney, GM of The Dent Guys and his team of professionals are the best. Don kept me apprised through every aspect of the repair. The quality of work was THE BEST, and my car looks like it came out of the dealership. This is WHERE YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR for hail repair as they do the repair right the first time. I'm in Cedar Park, Texas and highly recommend these folks to everyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO "THE DENT GUYS" ON BROADWAY!! This man, Dustin, had our 2021 Ford Explorer for almost 20 day waiting on parts we had him temporarily put it back together waited 4 more months I finally asked for the part name and number and called the ford dealer myself, multiple were available and had been for months. Got the car in was told maybe 13 days rental ran out after 10 paid Uber for 10 more days and it's still not done, supposable had missing parts AGAIN! Geico adjusters informed me he keeps submitting supplements last one was for $12 Dustin is Threatening to keep my car hostage until paid from Geico (Already has multiple large checks I have given him.) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I have found out this is a normal thing with this man. I have been waiting to speak to him and he was telling another customer word for word the same as us. We have to have our car back so we are planning to take it without everything put back together just to get it back. Every time we call he tells us of another part he doesn't have to complete the repair. He is now telling us to go buy the part ourself and bring to him that he is being paid for by our insurance. (see photo)We have to have the car so we have to take it not complete. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I broke my side mirror and these guys were easy to work with and fast! They responded to all my questions quickly! Would definitely recommend them!
