We Love the Cigar Box!! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to either purchase your favorite smoke to take home, or to smoke in their lounge and couple with a drink.

We drive from Ada, Ok to this location to get cigars. The selection, quality and service is by the best we have had. Highly recommend!

Let me first say that my girlfriend and I expected this place to be one of the highlights nay the crowing jewel in your two week road trip of the south central region of the US. Sadly we were very tragically disappointed.Upon entering you walk past an overpriced selection of cigars than you enter the bar and your hit by a smell of stank cigar smoke almost like a weird meth like smell. Best way to describe it was like burning skunks and tires mixed with sulfur. It was so bad I was afraid to take a deep breath for the fact that I would get Instant lung cancer. Trying to get a drink from the extremely rude and slightly racist employee was ridiculous wouldn't say she was a bartender when you have to explain how to make a rum and coke and to open a beer. Also she kept whispering how all of Hitler's ideas weren't all that bad.You don't even wanna know whats going on in the men's restroom here but lets just say all i saw walking in was an old man in a Britney Spears shirt, water hose, few golf balls and hot dogs.In conclusion, don't listen to all the positive reviews. Those people all suffer from stockholm syndrome from being stuck here with all the soul crushing smoke in the cigars they sell.

I had no idea this place had a bar tucked away in this cigar shop. It's a cool little place with a relaxing, inviting atmosphere. Come in and grab a beer or cocktail, enjoy a cigar (if you're in to that), and have yourself a chill time.

Very cute tucked away get away if you are an enthusiast of Real Cigars stay away you will be disappointed. If you are a Novice or on a buddy's bachelor party go grab a drink kick back and enjoy. The tenders are kids telling you what they think you want to beat while trying to sell you a candy flavored cigar !!! Drink pours are extremely stingy. I can say this place has Potential But they are not the new MAKERS. I have been enjoying cigars longer than most of these clowns been in the world. It is about culture and ambiance that's created in the atmosphere NOT the amount of product you can stock. You have 70 yrs experience which tells me you began getting your experience when I was Five. Your business is probably running great But it will never compare to those who actually had aujoire. (Look it up). You have received two stars out of my generosity. After having a four count water drink I take back a Star. Perhaps when you get a little age you will understand.

Staying in the area on our way home from vacation, and looking for a place to have a cigar. Found the Cigar Box and very happy we did. Great selection in the humidor with reasonable prices. Jeff great knowledge about cigars. Smoke area with nice bar. Liz very friendly with great recommendations. I would recommend this place to anyone in the OKC area who wants a relaxing, friendly place to enjoy a good cigar.

Been in a few times to buy some pipes and cigars. Didn't care for the lounge vibe. The staff there was OK. But every time the wife and I have gone they were preoccupied with other tasks. Even though we were the only ones there. So I'd give customer service a 3 at best. Shouldn't the customers have some attention first? I don't know, it was just a little off putting to me. I'll go to leaf and Joes instead to try out next time. I recently heard about it opening not to far from Tinker. Heard some rumors about the cigar box place and the vibe seemed to support it. But I could be wrong. I'm a Veteran and I know it has a veteran connection. So I am a little disappointed. I'm not interested in a bubba lounge.

Every issue that has been brought up was brought up to your Manager and nothing was done about it. When you hire a boy to do a man's job, this is what happens. I did ask a real close friend of yours to ask you and Blair if you would sit down and talk with me and I was ignored. I got caught in between a couple that was fighting and your business paid for it. I spent $940 in your business the month before I was told that I was no longer welcome in your establishment I treated everyone with respect and I was asked multiple times. If I was the owner I've had multiple people come up to me and tell me they don't believe any of it. Susan didn't want me around because Jake told me things that would not make her look very well in other peoples eyes and with Lilly story he got a make up something that'll get someone out of the way that everyone at the Box called me the mayor because I treated everyone well and AND was very well liked but you and Blair has put your faith in someone that really don't care about the business like she said she does. It's all about her and I do not like when I buy cigars for people and drinks being asked why did you buy that for them and your bartenders Lilly and Susan talking shit about them . I do appreciate what you and Blair did for me but you also need to know that other people took credit for it and then when I was told who really did it and those people were confronted like your bartender Susan people don't like when the truth is shoved in their face. I hope you all have all the success in the world but there are problems you need to take care of if you expect people to feel comfortable when they come in your business I believe in being truthful and straight up with people and don't like it when people don't want to take care of something that is hurting others, I know a lot of people have told me that Susan has been handing her discount out quite a bit and I tell people let's great but who's wallet is it really coming out of, yours and Blair's . Your business is top-notch but the staff you have right now with Susan and Lilly is not. You have the best selection of cigars and Mark makes drinks that are totally fabulous but when you have a staff that bash customers and you have a manager that don't take care of problems , it does create a problem for others that are trying to sit down and smoke a good cigar and drink some whiskey and have a good time. I wish you all the luck and I hope you get your problems taken care of someday. because the reviews like people feeling discriminated against because of their colour this should never happen they didn't before but they are now.

Knowledgable and friendly staff. My office hours away from the office. I wrote most of my new book here. Great atmosphere and selection. My favorite spot in Midwest City by far.

The humidor is a good size. Bar has a nice selection of whiskey and some of the best Old Fashions. And they smoke them when asked. Well lite. A safe place for anyone, especially women, to come alone and enjoy a good cigar and pour. The owners and employees are the friendliest people I have met. A wonderful place to hang alone or bring a few friends.
