The Botanic Garden

Great shaded play area for kids. From out of town and needed to find something kid friendly for a few hours. So glad we visited, what a great place to burn some energy and be imaginative.

Our family absolutely loves coming here. They have the most amazing plants and flowers all around. The play areas for the kiddos are so inviting. The fact that it's free to the public is incredible. So grateful to OSU for this gem in our beloved community of Stillwater.

Who doesn't like a FREE Botanic Garden? This is a cute place, right off the campus of OSU. A great way to get outside and enjoy some nature by yourself, with kids or the entire family.

I will ALWAYS rant and rave about the botanic garden to anyone who will listen. My mother and I (we live in DC) come to Stillwater a couple times a year to see family and we always make a point to visit, no matter the season. We love coming to see the chickens and the fairy garden and the plants.

Took my elderly mom here on a gorgeous day in July. There were lots of pretty flowers and bushes and the people working there were awesome. They had lots of rock benches in the shade so we could rest often. Lots of shady areas around if we got hot. It was a fun afternoon.

I've been several times and it's always a lovely experience. Sometimes there are classes or activities, but it's good just for a stroll too.Excellent place for kids.There is mini chairs and play house in a shaded area, Also lots of fairy doors to inspire play. The garden is subset by plant origins. And there is cute garden decor by theme.During the ripe times workers st the Gardens will let you sample the fruit that grows- you just need permission /supervision. There is also a water fountain. Tables, benches, and an outdoor classroom. There are a few trees for climbing as well.They have some animals too!Great place for photos, but you'll need a permit to do professional photography. More than one parking lot, so be specific when meeting friends.

It's a lovely place if you are looking for a nice walk with beautiful views!They organize different activities like yoga in the gardens, concerts and other social events. Also, if you are a PoGo trainer, it has several gyms and pokestops :)
