Very friendly people and easy to find and speak to before you pay for the system. After, impossible. They were not even on Google maps until I did the map edit to show their office. Paid for whole house system. Every year they want to service and charge you $300. Which is fine if they replace filters and actually check system. They did not replace the Reverse Osmosi filters and appearance they have a scam going to tell you you need to buy a new Bladder for the system. Come to find out they intentionally clogged the Bladder and tell you $200 to fix. In addition, in fixing the problem my self I find out I do not have a whole house system. They did not run the necessary line to get Filtered water to my kids Bathroom, or the Kitchen sink cold water, or the back yard hydrant. NOW THE FUN BEGINS. They will not answer or return my calls after they found out I had a major problem. BEWARE OF SHADY PRACTICES. IF YOU HAVE A SYSTEM FROM THEM, HAVE A 3RD PARTY COME AND CHECK OUT THEIR WORK, and don't fall for the old BLADDER needs replaced TRICK. 12/12//2024 Please call me to clear all this up. 4058217863

This company apparently does not know the meaning of a "No Solicitation" sign on a front door. I just received (approximately 9:40 AM, 25 June 2019) one of their "Do You Know What's In Your Water?" self testing packets on my front door. It might be time for some employee re-training. I will also follow up with the BBB.

My father is 80 years old with an onset of dementia. I tried for two weeks to contact this company to come and sun install the equipment due to the fact that the water pressure cannot make it run properly. They suggested We by another piece of equipment to make it work properly. This is the worst and most rude company to work with. I would not suggest using them if you need purification in water system. I am completely disappointed. Thumbs DOWN

Great place to work? Everyone is treated like family, hours and pay is good. Lots of fun and their customer service is #1!

got their bingo card in the mail. read the reviews here before bothering to call them. allegedly i won something but im not interested in calling them just so my phone number can end up on some call list.

Way over price for what it is. Its big its bulky ugly to look at. I figure the system would be inside a box or something so it wouldnt be an eye sore. But nope. It also Leaked on us twice shortly after getting it. They are charging around 500$ just to come out and look at it and additional 500 for maintenance. You can just buy a system at lowes for wayyyy less than they charged. And we never received the prize.. its basically a scam in my opinion

Here is some very informative information about The American Water Company. The prize you think you won from the scratch off you did not win. Most likely you only won a water hose. And if you do buy the system you need to know that there is a yearly maintenance that you have to do on the system just like with a car also. And the maintenance is very high. To keep the system doing what it was meant to do you have to spend up around 900 to 1200 dollars a year to keep it in great working order. And if you do not do the maintenance then you have voided your warranty. And it does state that in your book that you get from the finance company. So, if you do buy the system please make sure that you are able to spend up to around a grand per year on keeping your warranty in check.

Got the poker card in the mail just like everyone else. Scratch it said I won called the number lady said they would out Friday to do there thing and match up there master card with one I had (because the prizes do not match the game card) no problem at least I won something right.nope guy was supposed to have came at 10 a.m Friday is 12:30 as I write this review of that day.No call no show.If I was able to give less stars I would.Company is a game and con (most things I am learning in Oklahoma)

Definitely would NOT recommend. Their sales pitch is pretty convincing, showing all the particles in your water before and after it gets filtered. But then they had the gall to say that getting a filter for the whole house would save me money in the long run, conveniently leaving out the part where I need to go get water softener pellets like once a month. I had it for a month before an O-ring broke and water was leaking all over my garage, getting softener all over the floor and staining it. I tried calling them up but they were "moving offices" and never got back to me until I complained to the Better Business Bureau. I finally got someone else to fix it. Then, with this last cold snap in January 2024, the water in the filter froze, even with foam protecting it and a water drip. Once again, I called them up and they said they'd call me back once a representative was available. I'm writing this in mid February and still haven't heard back from them. Absolutely horrendous customer service, straight up false advertising in the sales pitch, and I didn't even finish paying off the $6,000 before it broke beyond repair. Probably just taking it to the dump and living with the icky Oklahoma water.

Had whole house system installed...IMMEDIATE, vast improvement in the water quality. Crystal cleal ice is amazing.
