Beware shopping here!! I had just had surgery and I was overjoyed to find out that a online book a bought for school I did not need after all. Looking forward to saving 150.00 for an online access code. The store manager Bryce would not refund me even though it was a week before school even started. And the access code was not used. Bryce is a unkind and unthoughtful person. Trying to get one over on a college student just trying to save money. Even though it would cost him nothing to take it back. Would not walk in integrity. Truly shady! If you take anything just know that access codes carry over and they will not tell you this when you buy them!! So ask.

My wife rented books from here, prices are fair and staff was courteous. We had a family emergency and didn't return the books within that week and was charged $141 for this. We tried explaining this but they are not sympathetic to anything. Hell if your books got taken by the Oklahoma storms, it's still your fault. I wouldn't recommend this place to the Taliban.

Be careful of the textbook rental scheme they are running. The verbal information they give does not match the truth. You MUST read all the fine print and believe nothing they tell you. You will not be given the fine print until you have paid and the fine print is on your credit card receipt. Very unhappy about being over charged.

Seriously. I call and ask if you have a book. You say plenty. I ask if it's the new edition. You say yes. I drive 1 hour and to find out you lied. You have books that are several editions old and are out. CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. CRAPPY.

i rented a book from here and they were closed on memorial weekend, they did not tell me they had a 24 hour drop box, did not tell me when i needed to return my book and then charged me for the full amount for the textbook. I called and asked if i returned it today (one day late) if they could give me a refund because of my experience. They said there was nothing they could do. Incredibly bad customer service and i would give 0 stars if i could. They definitely need to re-evaluate their priorities and policies. They only told me there was a drop box AFTER i was charged the full amount and couldn't get a refund.
