What a great experience we had, GREAT family atmosphere! Does great work on meat processing and taxidermy!

I don't go often as my husband is the hunter in the family, but that being said they are always very polite when I call. They are also very quick with processing the meat we bring to them, even during the peak deer hunting season. Also they have tons of specialty cuts which makes my prep work a little easier when cooking.

I brought them a deer a few years ago and thought I didn't get all my meat back. Specifically my back strap meat. Didn't use them for a few years and had to this year out of convenience and being too busy to use my normal meat processor. Once again I received less than 4 pounds in back strap. I quartered my own deer due to being out of state and having to bring it back on ice in a cooler. I weighed each back strap and each was well over 4 pounds. If I would have received 6-7 lbs after trimming, I wouldn't question it but less than half of the meat I took was returned. When I was waiting to pick up my meat I heard two other hunters talking about how they though they didn't get all their meat back either. Makes me think it's a normal occurrence here...
