Tener's Western Outfitters

Good variety, but some higher priced items than other stores. The employees sometimes don't seem to know what they are doing. The store has a lot to choose from and I like that it is not a huge big box store. It can be quite crowded in sections though with too much stuff too closely, but it is a lot too choose from. Not too far off the highway either for those that are traveling.

One Word! Taryn! She offers the best customer service experience! Very helpful and knowledgeable! Ask for her! But the have a great selection!

Way to many sales people in this store. I was followed around constantly asked questions about what I was shopping for. I found what I wanted to purchase and felt like I was being watched the entire time while I continued to shop I finally just put the shoes I wanted back and found them elsewhere. I doubt I will ever go back. They do have a good selection of western wear and boots but the annoying sales people really turned me off.

There ok the workers kind of suck to busy talking to do anything for you, you have to ask for someone to check you out they don't have the brains to actually look at the counter and decide, oh there's a coustmer let me go check them out but I do quite like there accessories

As I am in a big boot collector I love the collection at teners Western Wear they have a very knowledgeable staff and the associate Brooklyn was very helpful she's very knowledgeable in her help of all my boot needs I will buy all my boots at the store from now on

TONS of boots to choose from, so many cute women's clothes and jewelry They are also an essential business so they stay open during the entire pandemic!!

Bad customer service spent 580. On boots i wore them twice need a smaller size they would not exchange no customer appreciation unsatisfied a waste of money and time

I was traveling through the area and stopped in to check it out! Worst western store I have ever been to! How do they stay in business? The young ladies working were to busy talking/rearranging clothes to wait on anyone. The selection of sizes on the women's side was horrible. The workers were even complaining about the lack of clothing. My question is as a business how do you have 5 or 6 workers standing around socializing and zero customers! Plus one young lady was more concerned with her boyfriend that was in there hanging out. If I could give it zero stars I would. The owner or manager needs to do something with the staff and offer a better selection.

Horrible! I arrived at 10:05 the store opened at 10:00. The doors were locked. I had to knock on the doors to be let in. There were three people behind the counter chatting. One was doing her hair with a flat iron while she was chatting with the others. No one greeted us or asked if they could help us. We were looking for a pair of boots and were struggling finding sizes and matches... I had to go to the counter and ask for help to even get the time of day. One young lady sensing my annoyance came and politely helped, while the other continued putting on jewelry & styling her hair as the male worker talked to her and watched. Very frustrating first time visit. In all likelihood we will not return!

You can tell the business by the way they handle return issues. The staff were extremely helpful and represented their company well. I appreciated their help.
