I stop here regularly and have gotten some really nice quality clothes, belts, and shoes. I bought super quality suits for both my son and I from Teena and James. My son loves his. The service is top notch and they really help you find what is right for your style and get you properly fit. A little pricey, but I wait for the sales and then it is really reasonable. Highly recommended!

I've shopped at every place in okc and this one is by far the most superior. You can get trendy or classic or blend the two. I usually go for classic patterns and styles, but in trimmer cuts. They know exactly how to do that. They can read you well and their custom shorts are the best I've ever had and I've shopped all over the US. Best in okc by far. Great service as well.

The Teena Hicks Company saved me today. I was in town on a business trip and realized that I had forgotten my belt. I was able to get in @ 9:05 am get a very nice black leather belts for less than $50.00 and make my 9:20 am appointment. Thank you!

Can't Afford Shoelaces My first, second, and only experience with the store.I walked into the store in search of shoelaces for an older, but perfectly acceptable pair of shoes. They look worn and the laces have needed replacing for some time. I waited for service and after a brief period of time the sales associate showed me where the shoelaces are located. I made a selection and was ready to check out when he asks if I would like to look at some shoes they have on sale. I am not immune to a good upsell; therefore, I began to peruse their offerings. I found a style I was interested in trying; however they did not have my size in a wide. They suggested I size up due to this issue; however, this can be hit-or-miss. During this time Ms. Hicks made a negative comment about my current shoes and appearance. The comment was to the effect of 'If I had shoes like that, then I would replace them.' After hearing the comment I became puzzled as to why she would say this or think it was appropriate to say this to or about a patron. The moment the shock of having such a disrespectful and disparaging comment made wore off it was time to leave. I decided I would buy the shoes and the laces and during the checkout process I had a card issue and placed my purchase on a different card . After that was resolved I left considering my errand a success as I now had new shoes and the shoelaces. I wore the new shoes for the rest of the day, and my feet were in pain afterwards because sizing up had been a miss in this venture. I immediately put the shoes in the box and lace up my old set and go home. The next day I go to return the shoes as they did not work out. The moment I walked through the door the sales associate (low and behold the one from the day before who thought it would be good idea to insult the patron) proceeded to be rude and condescending. This individual made statements about me wearing the shoes out of the store and not being able to return them for this reason. Shoes aren't underwear. They were worn for a few hours in an office setting. They're fine. However, I digress, at this point I'm irritated because of the treatment I had received yesterday and today from this person, and I am ready to sell them on eBay and never deal with her again. However, she asks how far I walked in the shoes, and I told her I walked to my office which is at most a mile away. I will admit my tone could have been friendlier but a person can only take so much attitude. Honestly, all these flavors, and she chooses to be salty. Apparently, this was an acceptable answer because she began the process of returning my shoes. It's at the time she has pulled the receipt from the box and I am handing her my credit card she feels it's necessary and appropriate to say, "Don't worry about the shoelaces. I know you can't afford them...Do not come back to my store". Clearly, Teena Hicks Company has enough business to blatantly tell people not to return to their store. C'est la vie to ever being able to turn to my fellow humble professional and say, " You know where you need to go to get a good suit, French cuff shirt, cuff links, socks, shoes, and a tie that are on point, Teena Hicks Company because she treats her customers with the utmost respect." Overall, I this experience was garbage so fowl even Oscar the Grouch wouldn't touch it. I would know considering I have to rifle through trash for my meals, and I'm so poor I can't afford shoelaces. Zero stars to you, Teena Hicks Company. Mostly because the service and experience is terrible but also because I can't afford them because I spent my earnings on your overpriced shoelaces.

This shop has it all. I came to town and forgot my jacket and searched around on Yelp for a men's shop and found THC. I walked in and thought I wasn't going to find a casual jacket in such an upscale location. James however began showing me some options I had an I really appreciated the service. I was in my work clothes that certainly didn't match the other customers who were walking in and out and I felt zero snootiness from either of them.I will certainly return next time I need something in OKC.

Teena and James are extremely helpful and they keep a great selection of clothing from casual to formal. Their selection of shoes and ties is remarkable for a shop their size. The personal service is excellent. I've been buying suits from Teena since I was in law school. Now i'm trying to keep my look age appropriate. Teena and James know just the right things you need and what goes well together. Their boots selection is also very good but wait for the sale on those things for sure. Trunk shows are a must.

I had a very uncomfortable experience in the store today. I went in to the store to get measured and the sales consultant, who I believe to be Teena Hicks, was extraordinarily abrasive and rude. I was immediately asked if I had traveled outside of the country, and it was expressed that she did not want me to put my pen/paper/clipboard down on any surface. Then I was asked to use the hand sanitizer on the front desk. This was in response to concerns for COVID-19. This was all communicated in such an abrasive, harsh, and rude tone that I left the store. I can appreciate an abundance of caution being utilized, but I cannot appreciate being made to feel uncomfortable or less than in a store.
