Ted's Tacos and Cantina

Tried this place out tonight, it was great! Got a fajita chicken quesadilla with veggies, it was HUGE and great flavor! Also had the nashville hot tacos. Again, amazing flavor and they aren't lying when they say HOT! Meals come with chips, salsa, and queso. Chips were a little greasy for my liking, but likely meaning they are fresh. Service was good, and very clean restaurant. Ambiance is fun and lively, great patio! Will be back.

We really love this place. The indoor and outdoor seating creates a great vibe! The service is usually pretty good and we love the food and drinks there. We have tried several things and have liked all of them so far.

My team ordered and picked up lunch today. A few quests were missing and one persons entire meal. So he goes back, ends up being 20 mins late to our meeting so that person could be the only one eating because we had all finished. I had the birria Mac and cheese and it was delicious but a little dry. The meat was incredibly tasty. The atomic salsa is indeed quite hot and yummy. I'm only taking off one star because of the order snafu. (There were only 5 of us so not like a massive order)

Still hung over from Paloma Suerte's Short Rib Beef Birria, I yelped for a taco place that serves birria tacos in OK while we were driving on the way home. Ted's Tacos and Cantina was listed number 1 so of course, off we exited the highway and boom! The parking lot was full and so was the restaurant! We started with Guacamole Salad which came with 4 scoops of guac on a bed of lettuce and greens. Chris and I both ordered the Beef Birria (wet tacos) dinner. They came in with 2 beef birria, consommé, chips with queso and salsa on the side. The birrias satisfied the cravings and we both were happy to drive back home.

The food is 3 stars at best, but the service I received earned an extra star. We were having a staff get together and needed food for 30 people in a pinch. I called around 10:30am and explained the situation to the server who answered the phone. Although, 24 hours is recommended for catering, Ted's really came through and delivered great service in a short period of time. My team was very grateful. The fajita meal provided a great value for the portions and for the ingredients. Would absolutely recommend for a work taco Tuesday event.

Great place to hangout for a date and to grab a quick bite. Great service and food. Fun little area of town with other shops to checkout

I had the wet tacos. They were very juicy, especially with the dip. It came with chips and queso and salsa. The salsa was pretty good, but the queso was kind of lacking.Overall, it was amazing. The tacos were excellent and was the highpoint of the meal.

placed an online order through DoorDash for pick up and canceled the order because I opted to go elsewhere due to long wait...shortly after placing the order when I called the facility directly they said they could not cancel nor refund my money so they stole my money cause I didn't receive a meal either! Wouldn't give any stars but have to to post review!

Update: They did great this time!!I've come about once a month since August 1st 2021, and my boyfriend and I have gotten the Fajita Steak Sheet Pan nachos literally every single time. It's an incredible deal for $13 for two people to walk away full. However, the past two visits or so, we've noticed a lessening amount of toppings on the nachos, and it's leaving us a good bit disappointed. We'd even be willing to pay a few dollars extra to get back to the past levels of fullness that we experienced from one of those massive sheet pan nachos.We honestly love visiting, and every experience is quite great. Sunday all day happy hours with cheap tasty and well portioned margaritas really get us. We come with friends. We sometimes try other things on the menu like the Birria Tacos, smothered breakfast burrito, and birria ramen. The atmosphere and especially the patio is nice, bright, and comfortable. And the fajita steak nachos are still sooo good! We just have noticed a decline in the amount of tastiness on the sheet pan.

We got food poisoning from this place - specifically from the wet tacos. Very bad experience overall!!!The person who took our order at the counter was extremely unprofessional, didn't once make eye contact, barely spoke to us. We came in about 45 minutes prior to closing, and we felt like we were being rushed out. Because of this we ate in 15 minutes. The moment we got up, they bussed our table. The whole experience made us feel very awkward. The food was tolerable in flavor, but nothing special. We came here because of the reviews. We are entirely at a loss as to what the hype is about. And of course, the terrible food poisoning. Wouldn't recommend.
