I read a couple reviews before going and so glad I went! I plan on being a returning customer! The men there are super nice and do everything they can to help you find what your looking for!

My 10 year old 2,000 dollar Samsung refrigerator broke down. I came here to Teds and bought a beautiful like new Whirlpool fridge. The price was awesome and the service was way excellent!!! The delivery was better than any big box store will ever do. I highly recommend this place if you need to replace any appliances

Just called in to speak to someone, it's 12:44 on a Friday and nobody picked up the phone. Kind of bummed out about that, kind of unprofessional, no real excuse for that sort of thing when you're running a business.

We've bought USED appliances from Ted's for years. Our washer and dryer were purchased over 8 years ago, used. They've been perfect performers ever since. Recently we bought used a large, side-by-side fridge. It is so nice; however, we did have trouble. It quit cooling which is JUST what you fear in a fridge. Ted's was IMMEDIATE in their response. They attempted a fix and when that didn't work they immediately made another and it did work! Their work ethic and customer service was flawless. We were not charged for this work and everyone tells me that their repair work is reasonable. I recommend this place with no hesitation.

Recently dropped off my washer here, they repaired it for a fair price. When i get home it was leaking somewhere and I called back and spoke to Patrick. They sent someone over in less than 15 minutes. The machine was working properly I had just installed it incorrectly. Either way they came over to check it out and even leveled both my washer and dryer. Incredible service and extremely fair price. 10/10
