Tammaron Village Apartments

8TH. year and still the best apartment community. Love the surroundings, location, staff and level of involvement by the whole team. My cat loves it too, since she adopted me 5 years ago, left my door open for just the perfect amount of time. The level of care that management provides is pretty much beyond compare. I've retired now and still enjoy my apartment and amenities. Second location I have lived at Tammaron. Good neighbors and very quiet.Thanks to the Tammaron Team.Gary M.

- Safe, don't have to deal with noise, constant police patrols or the such. Pricing is pretty cheap and staff is friendly. - Maintenance is prompt and friendly.

I've lived here for over a year now and rent is very reasonable, the gates always work, the management staff is amazing. Maintenance is quick to assist with anything you may need taken care of. The grounds are always well taken care of, close by to several grocery stores and sandwiched in between lake Hefner and lake overholser. Easy access to I-40 and Kilpatrick turnpike . Traffic isn't bad on this side of town. Very nice place overall and they have security, so it's always has a safe feel.

I've been living here for over 2 years now . I have no complains at all . This place is always clean parking is always available. The manager and her team are doing a grate job . This is a grate place to call home .

I was a tenant here for 13 years. When Jessica was a manager, things were much better and it was clear that she cared for the well-being of the tenants. Once Lou-Anne the supervisor and Caran the office manager took over management, it became clear they didn't care about anything but their bottom line. They allowed their racist, discriminatory staff to destroy my property with no repercussions and staff would be upset when I would watch them carefully to make sure they wouldn't do it again. They took my cats and locked them in the tiny bathroom for hours while I was at work which prompted me to never let them in my apartment again. My sink and stove remained broken for three years and took several repetitive calls to have it addressed. And once it was, they broke my cabinets and left without mentioning it. It then took another two weeks to make them come and fix it (all they did was put plywood over the hole). Caran would make points to record me with her phone and mock me for my distrust of her and her staff because of their previous behaviors. When I spoke to the supervisor, Lou-Anne, I told her "it's not like I hate the place. I like it here. I just wish the management was better." And she immediately made sure to refuse my lease the moment she got the opportunity. When I spoke with her about it later, she stated that I had said I hated the place instead, clearly twisting my words in a blatant effort to push me out of my apartment, adding that it "just seemed like I could never be made happy" after explaining all of the issues with the staff.The absolute lack of care and concern and the support of a staff clearly geared to treat its non-white tenants poorly whether it be through phone calls or in-person is astounding. I live in a much nicer place now where I was shocked that I am treated like a human being after speaking with staff and having a maintenance issue that was immediately addressed with care and an attitude of wanting to make sure every aspect of the issue was taken care of. If you choose to live here as a non-white, please be aware that you are immediately on your own and they will use any excuse to kick you out the moment they're given the opportunity. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. 13 years ago I would have written a shining review. This place deserves nothing besides being shut down now.

this entire apartment complex & property is being ran "extremely" horribly by the on-site property management, leasing office staff, and maintenance team!!! all types of work order requests submitted by tenants constantly go unanswered or resolved, emergency/non-emergency!!! the head property manager constantly is extremely rude "belittles" each & every damn tenant!!! they have absolutely no regards for our(tenants)safety & security, or well being!!! reason being... all exterior/breezeways & building security lighting on the building, where my apartment is located at stopped working..."2 weeks ago", as of now!!!

If i could give zero stars I would after today..please do not move here..i called to complain about poop several times and it was never addressed in a timely manner and this place is trashed it has broken washing machines and no fitness center which is advertised on their website..i moved out about a week ago and receive a call from "ally" which is the rudest girl i have ever met in my life. she gave me a call to let me know about the ridiculous amount of money that i supposedly owe for new carpet which i was expecting maybe a couple hundred no she goes to tell me that i owe $800.00 for new carpet and is completely rude about it i go to tell her how i owe that much and she gives me the break down and said that normally new carpet cost 1200.00 in a 800 sqq ft apartment which is false and i tell her i would need some time to come up with it or some type of payment plan and she said no.. it needs to be paid in 30 days and then mentioned if not paid in 30 days she will send it to collections 3without even trying to help me and saying it in the most RUDEST AND UNPROFESSSIONAL WAY POSSIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

I don't even want to give this place one star. The office cares so little about the tenants from not answering calls to not coming to fix my broken AC for 10 hours in a 90 degree apartment. And all to find out the office "forgot" to mention it to the maintenance. There was a leak from upstairs that flooded our bathroom and left the ceiling hanging, which was never fixed. and we were left to clean/deal with water damage. Our dishwasher never worked for the 3 years I lived here. Could constantly hear our neighbors screaming at each other through the wall. And I know they are going to hit me with a HUGE moving out bill because they have done that to everyone I know that has moved away ( I lived here for 3 years so I came to know many people who moved out). I truly believe it is the property manager of this place that makes it so terrible. The maintenance guys were so kind and would go out of their way to help, but it would take them forever to come because they wouldn't "get the ticket"? every encounter I've had with the manager has been an unpleasant one. She acts like she is better than you and voicing any questions and concerns to her is treated like an inconvenience of her time. When I moved in this place it had decent reviews and it has just gone to hell over the last few years. They also do this thing where they come into your apartment what feels like EVERY month to check things. Could the things that need to be checked/updated not all be done in one trip?? I have dogs, I would have to crate for the 9 hours I'm at work every time they had to come in and that was unfair for my pups and a huge annoyance. So glad I was finally able to get out. I would definitely avoid this apartment complex if you have ANY other options, being belittled by someone who is supposed to help you is enough for me to NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I didn't even want to go turn in my keys because I didn't want to get talked down to one last time. kindness and understanding can really go a long way.

I was put off with the personal service. Pressed into signing documents with out explaining details and fees. Called with questions and could not get voicemail to work correctly. No people to talk to without waiting for a call back much later. Because of mistreatment I felt it best to find another apartment. Still fighting to get at least part of my deposit back. Cheap construction with no character. Spend a little more and find something nice with better staff.

the apartments are listed as "luxury " but the stove isnt even full size. my dishwasher and sink have backed up multiple times and sat for days til someone came on maintenance call. my washer would leak and the dryer hose had a hole and they promised a week til it was fixed and im still waiting for them to come back. kitchen in 2 bdrm is TINY. my roomate and i couldnt even cook together. literally have shoulder width space in kitchen.
