Tag Agency

Awful customer service. - seem like a place only people in nice suits gets good service at. I was told I couldn't get a tag by them without a bill of sale even though I had the actual title in hand. Another excuse was my paper worked looked "too old". Went up the road to Brad Sullivan Tag Agency and he got my squared away with all the same paper work I took to them.

I was impressed by how fast, friendly and efficient service was here. I came in to register a car, get a new title, decals for the tag and a new PikePass transponder. I came in without an appointment and was out with everything in less than 30 minutes. The ladies behind the desk were all very helpful and courteous. A trip to the tag agency (DMV) is rarely a treat, but I honestly had a very positive experience here.

Do not go here. They charge 10 dollars to make an appointment to renew DL. This is non-refundable. The system went down. One guy waited 45 minutes. No refund. Just wait or spend another 10 dollars to make another appointment. I'll find another agency.

This is some of the WORST customer service I have ever had. Barbara Newey is the one that was helping me or I should say not helping me. She was very short, dismissive, and not educated on what she is doing. I am suprised she still has a job with an attitude like that and I would be embarrassed to call her my employee frankly
