Tacos El Paso

Street tacos here are on the pricey side at $2.50 each, but at least there is a good portion of meat in each. Asada was tender, moist, on the greasy side in a good way, with very good flavor. Al pastor looked great with the bright red marinade, and the queso fresco gobs on top was a nice extra, but flavor was super mild, and definitely no heat. Salsa was watery, flavor just okay.Menu is authentic Mexican, but only focuses on three meats, which you would think would make it super good since they can better focus their efforts. 1 out of 2 ain't bad I guess. I do still need to try their delicious looking chicken. The two ladies running the trailer are kinda quiet but professional, and take cards. I'd say 3.5 out of 5, rounded up.

Street tacos are amazing , very deliscious and fresh, the meat was packed with flavor also had the tortas and they were great ! Will be going back for more tacos !

SO GOOD!!!!!!! The few food trucks I've had from Scissortail are ok... ate from here because I got hungry and literally so pleasantly surprised!!!!!!!! Pork torta sandwich literally so delicious. Great bread and overall quality. Love. Wish they had a physical location closer to where I live.

The food was really delicious, the taste was authentic and the people were super friendly. I stopped during PRIDE and it was my first visit. It was one of the best tacos I've had!!
