I am happy that the property owner I pay rent to switched to this company from T&J Property Management as they seem to be on top of maintenance requests but I think my faith may have been misplaced. The AC stopped working this weekend and I put in a trouble call and amazingly they got somebody to come out here today on Sunday. House maintenance on weekends is difficult in sleepy OKC since nobody in this town thinks it should be done on weekends when things tend to break but I digress. The guy came, diagnosed the problem, has the part needed to fix the AC but cannot install it since he cannot get in touch with anyone from this company to authorize the repairs. I find this unacceptable. He should have been authorized to fix the unit before he arrived, not just diagnose it. So now in the summer heat I get to spend the weekend without AC even though I pay rent on time. I bet if my rent was late, which it never has been I'd be getting a phone call and emails asking for payment. Renting in OKC is a crapshoot since the people that own and manage properties that are rented only work 8-4 schedules on weekdays only and don't think that maintenance is important enough to be accomplished after working hours or on weekends. Be cautious dealing with this company like all others since any issues or concerns you may have can only be dealt with at their leisure instead of a timely manner. The most odd thing about maintenance in this city is that maintenance companies actually do work after hours and weekend in this city, I have asked. Property owners and managers just refuse to authorize any work outside of THEIR normal working hours and days.

Never had a problem while I was renting with them. I paid my rent on time every month. When the mini split broke they did install window A/Cs, but the mini split was never repaired. There was also the time the maintenance man accidentally went into the wrong apartment and cut into my ceiling destroying the drywall/paint, leaving an open patch of ceiling that was never fixed. It was an accident so I understand. This was all sorted out. But before I terminated my lease I did a deep clean even hired professional help, leaving the place in what I thought was great condition. Regardless I seemed to have incurred $675 dollars worth of damages to the apartment even though I took care of the place as if i owned it. I disagree on $675 worth of damages, but they said I did so I'm not gonna dispute it. I'm too busy to go back and forth. That's my experience. Cool apartment very cozy @ 1615 N Land Ave lower.

An update to my original review: As expected, Table has responded using a well-known abuse technique known as DARVO (Deny, attack, reverse victim & offender) in an attempt to deny any fault and, instead, blame it on me just as they did during our lease. This tactic allows abusers to rewrite the story as if they are not to blame for their abuse. See my original review to view their DARVO response.DENY: "We hate that more repairs popped up during your time as your tenant than is normal. Before properties are listed for lease we perform a move-in walkthrough to assess condition and coordinate any needed repairs. Even so, repairs can pop up."ATTACK: "About halfway through your lease agreement you stopped responding to our maintenance team to coordinate work or confirm if work was complete"REVERSE VICTIM & OFFENDER: "About halfway through your lease agreement you stopped responding to our maintenance team to coordinate work or confirm if work was complete"
