May2023:3: I stopped off at this location to get some snacks, use the restroom and top off the vehicle. The restroom was filthy but there was a number inside to call for help. I guess no one did before I arrived,

Called ahead for an oil change to check wait times. Freightliner. They said come on no problem they weren't backed up. Arrived 1.5 hours later at 2:30pm. They said they could get me in at 4. Left to grab some food. At 4 I called, they ran out of fuel filters but just one truck ahead of us in the bay. Said to come in about 30 mins. Back to TA at 4:30. Sat there until EIGHT PM. They JUST finished the oil change. If you're on a schedule do NOT stop here.

People are so worried about COVID-19. What about when you go in a bathroom and the smellWill knock you out. Even with a mask on. The men and the women bathroom need a good bleach cleaning.

The ppl at this store at the service desk and on the shop are just the best group of ppl I've had the opportunity to do business with. They understand time management, they get it. I'm a owner opp so my time is valuable to me.

Went in for an oil change, change my airlines, 1 tire fixed and 2 replaced. It's taken them around 10 hours now and counting!!!

Run away. Don't ever consider having your truck repaired here. The markup on parts is at least 200%. I was charged $35.99 labor for the tech to replace the rubber filler cap on a wheel hub. It took him all of 2 seconds. Had I known, I would have done it myself. Standard airbag, charged $245 for just the part. Online, sells for $105. I know, a fool and his money... consider yourself warned

The garage people and cashiers will try to intimidate you, they will try to change parts you don`t need to change, the wait time is very long.

Today's culinary dissappoint was the infamous, CFS and eggs. Aka chicken fried streak! yuk, would be a compliment. I was expecting a piece of fried bovine flesh, if not a real steak, then breaded hamburger would have sufficed. It appeared to be some form of formed and pressed matter that resembled cardboard and tasted fairly close to it. DO NOT order it. On the plus, friendly and attentive waitress, lots of refills, and a small TV for viewing. The TA'S have really declined in food quality during my 19 yrs of driving, in fact I rarely stop at them and only out of convenience or necessity. So "caveat emptor" my compatriots, but then I am preaching to the asphalt choir.
