We are homeowners that had the unfortunate situation of living between two lots owned by SWM. Homes were finished in the last year and sold this Spring. The damage inflicted on our property has been incredible. The one home they built has craters on every side of it so much so multiple humans could fit in them. Our grass was ripped up, our sprinklers covered, they ran heavy equipment between the two properties via our lawn and easement causing land to fracture. So much damage has been done. Property lines were ignored and OUR land land was literally used to build the other properties higher and flood us out.
