Surf Bar

I have been to other locations of The Surf Bar, but this was my first visit to the Shawnee location. It is the perfect spot for a cool, refreshing treat. I ordered the Aloha bowl with açaí base. I don't care for banana, so I subbed blueberries. Absolutely delicious! The only slight negative is that the coconut came in large pieces, and the other times I have had the aloha bowl, it was made with more finely shredded coconut, which I preferred. Still an amazing bowl though. I'll definitely be back!

Boy, these giant (Nutella-based) Brazillian parfaits are perfect for an occassional splurge, especially if you are dieting or hoping not to spoil your dinner!!. Truly, the food is extraordinary and delicious, though it does cost a pretty penny b/c is EXTRA LIGHT ON... THE TUMMY!

Gosh I love this place! 2 years watching my daughter compete at the IFYR rodeo and I look forward to getting an Acai bowl each time! This year I also used the wifi. Clean trendy place with friendly service. Love it!! So delicious!!

If you haven't tried @thesurfbarok then you're missing out. Let me preface this by saying, I do not like fruit, in general. Blueberries and strawberries are tolerable but the rest are . HOWEVER, I feel like I could eat any fruit these folks put on top of my order. There are so many different textures and flavors to their bowls ... words can't describe HOW GOOD IT IS!!!!! Pictured is the Nutty Kiki with extra peanut butter, added coconut, chia seeds, flax seeds, and whey protein. TODIEFOR!!!

Staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable they explained what the ingredients are and which flavors I might like. Well like was the wrong word for sure..... I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!Ever time I go though Shawnee I make it my goal to stop by and get a new bowl I plan on trying every bowl and smoothie they have...Thank goodness I found them on google while I was in town it has been the best treasure find ever!!!

I don't give out 5 stars much, but this place is amazing! They are definitely the epitome of a 5 star establishment! If you are wanting to get a healthy meal and one that is going to give you that full feeling while being unbelievably tasty at the same time, The Surf Bar Ok is where it's at! This gem is hidden on the North Side of Shawnee close to I40. Simplified menu with Açaí Bowls, smoothies, and warm foods. Such as bagels and sandwiches. I absolutely love all of the açaí bowls that i have tried. The Staff is always super friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is super nice and clean with that beach feel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to eat a little healthier and get a tasty treat at the same time. I challenge you to try the entire menu! They are putting in a location in Edmond's Chisholm Creek area. Word is getting out! This place is the real deal! Go get yours now!!!

We live in South Carolina. This is a must eat on our list when we come home to Shawnee.
