Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I called in to see if they have tv's. The woman who answered was very rude. I thought it was just me but I had her on speaker and even my family was like, she had a terrible attitude. I'll just call another pawn shop. Look at the reviews. Plenty of people saying the same thing.

One of the rudest customer service interactions I've ever experienced... The lady named "Tanya." Was enough to not even go in there after I got off the phone with her. Yikes.Avoid this place if they'd let someone like that actually interact with customers!

It used to be a very good pawn shop. Now they've recently changed owners and it's gone downhill fast!

Came in to purchase some car audio and a new firearm. Sat a the counter for 15 minutes 7ft from the guy who just sat at his computer. Not one look, can I help you or anything. Forever lost my business

Love their selection. They are very helpful and have great service. My favorite in Oklahoma by far!
