Diamond Ridge Apartments

AC is out in my apartment. 97 inside. the only "fix" they gave was a window unit. only 1. there's 2 stories. the crappy window unit doesn't even touch the amount of heat is in here. we are becoming sick due to the heat. and they won't cancel a lease. lady in the front did nothing. 10/10 don't recommend this place.

Very attentive to residents needs when called for maintenance. Polite office staff. The complex is quiet and grounds are well kept.

Hi so guess what... MOLD the whole back wall was covered in mold from the front to the back. I've had to be hospitalized multiple times and now finding out this is why. I will add pictures and videos. Snd they lied trying to get out of giving us emergency apartment and lie saying nothing available. The guy that's over these apartments us a slum lord. He got mad trying to belittle me but I cut that right down I'm 6'4 and my fight game official so he back down real quick I recorded it. He brings me to new apartment upstairs I'm telling him hey you have insurance get a moving service for us and he refuses. I contacted a lawyer and the State Apartment service of Oklahoma. And we are going to sue. Now we have been in the new apartment without hot water for 4 days because he lied saying he was going to fix it and he would move his family in it but honestly he should have just let us out the lease when we first reported the problems and everything could have been avoided.

I had a great experience today looking for an apartment at Summit Ridge. Bree was very helpful and friendly and made me feel very comfortable during a normally stressful experience. She showed me several available units and answered all of my questions. I can tell that there has been a change in management because I didn't see any of the problems that I have read in other reviews.

Diamond Ridge Aprtments. Are kicking me out because they dont have enough money. Don't move here it's not worth the hassle. Management is never on site and maintenance issues will be fixed 7 days after your request. It takes them around 14 days to make a decision. Cute apartment and terrible service. Move on.

I would give this zero stars if I could!! Horrible!! I lived in this community for over 2 years!!! I moved out at the end June 2021 and still haven't received my deposit or a statement of charges. I have called and emailed a number of time and can't get anyone to tell me what is going on. I'm filing a small claims lawsuit!! Worst place I have ever lived!!

I was very dissatisfied with their service. I spoke to a gentleman and made arrangements to see a condo over my lunch hour. I waited 20 minutes for him to show up at the office. He never did. I left without seeing anything. However just observing the area, the appearance was quite trashy so I guess that was an even break for me.

I have lived in apartments all across Oklahoma, and this apartment complex is by far the worst place I have ever experienced. Hardly any of our kitchen appliances work properly; moreover, we have been waiting on management to replace the refrigerator for months. Whenever there is an emergency maintenance issue, no one answers or responds to your request (i.e. no one answered our emergency request when our bathroom flooded). Management is hardly ever at the office to assist you when needed. Also, when you eventually receive a response, it is from an unprofessional employee. One of the maintenance men sexually assaulted my girlfriend (i.e. other residents made similar complaints about his behavior). Management was aware of his behavior and terminated this employee, but it took a week for them to act; he was still on the premises completing maintenance requests. Do yourself a favor and find a nice spot under a bridge as opposed to this dump! I pay rent every month in a timely manner; I would hate to see how they treat people that are not able too.
