I love Summit Pointe! The office staff and maintenance are always so nice and super helpful!!

The apt I live in REEKS of weed constantly. Countless emails and calls since July and absolutely nothing has been done. They have a "non-smoking" policy but refuse to do anything about it when people smoke. 0/10 do NOT recommend this complex!! Save your money and live somewhere else, trust me!! Unless you just love the smell of weed 24/7, with it getting all over your belongings and clothes.

I couldn't have found a better place to live. Being able to have a two bedroom two bath that is perfect for roommates, right by everything I love is perfect! Janika and Lisa in the office, and Jeremy and Herman with maintenance are the best team to keep my community looking beautiful! I would gladly recommend not only Summit Point to others, but the entire Weidner group to those who are looking for the apartment home that will surely fit your wants and needs!

We have lived here for 4 years and we absolutely love it! Mikayla in the office is the sweetest person ever and they have been nothing but great to my family! i would recommend living here to anyone!

Please beware. I broke my lease because my dog was attacked twice by unleashed dogs. These are the pictures I took when I moved in. They charged me cleaning and painting fees when I moved out as well as the fee for breaking the less even though I feared for the safety of my dog

The constant weed smell is disgusting and management refuses to do anything about it. They won't even send an email or put up a flyer to remind people that smoking is against the lease. I have complained numerous times, have been woken up so many times in the middle of the night with severe headaches, have emailed, left voicemails, went to the office several times, etc. but get next to no responses. Breana will straight up ignore you. It's very poor management.Rent is also going up, AGAIN. They have no problem collecting rent money but seem to struggle with enforcing anything else in the lease. The apartments are turning into a very trashy place to live, and your health will be put at risk over and over again with zero concern or assistance from management.

My mom currently lives here. I lived there in the past too except I didn't like management for a period. We both had bad experiences with a past manager, Breanna. My mom recently told me she was back. Yesterday, I took something to the office for my mom since it was the only way I could get it to her quickly. I told the lady in the office that my mom would be by to pick it up later. Sealed up in a privacy envelope. Breanna opened it and text my mom about it! She literally opened up my moms personal belongings and then outted herself by texting my mom about the specific item that was inside. Since apartments but overpriced. And management don't care about human decency. Find somewhere else to live people. Trust me!

I loved living at Summit Pointe! Right by the highway & super close to tons of shopping centers. Not to mention Monica & Danny in the office!

Honestly the only good thing I can say is the management are very good people and very friendly. But honestly the place has went down the pool is so small me and my boyfriend try going but can't because there's like at least 6-8 kids in there every time. Ohh and the pictures are from forever ago doesn't look the same at all. When we first got here told us utilities were included in the price which we were told $860 then we got here and wasn't told we had to sign a paper pretty much stating that we won't have to pay for water, sewage, clean up, pest and more but since we were already told it was included we didn't even think to ask so now are average bill is actually $920 a month which we would have never agreed to because we are struggling every month to pay the stupid rent. Also I had water damage on one of my plugs next to my window in the living room it fried my $90 MacBook charger and they said they can't do anything about it and still haven't said anything about the plug. Honestly I can't not to get out because being here has stressed me out and pissed me off more than anything.
