Very nice and helpful staff. Clean nice rooms. Very comfortable after such bad experience with casino.

The lobby looks nice but as soon as you walk into your room it's small, dark, and it smells like wet dog. All the blankets and pillows stink. Turning on all the lights in the room and it was still dark.

I stayed here when I returned home from a year long deployment while I visited my family in the area and Luva Yoakum Gave me a great discount on a room she was really nice and did everything and more I could've asked for I most definitely recommend staying here the rooms are nice only down side is was no breakfast.

Nice room at a decent price. Everything is as clean and the lady at reception was nice and helpful. The toilet never stopped running and the air conditioner was really loud- but it did create white noise so you didn't hear the highway or the truck stop next door. Skip eating at the casino- that meal was pitiful.

We planned on staying 2 nights but only stayed 1. Room was not clean and smelled bad. We won't be coming back. Staff was rude we asked them about moving rooms

Price was okay rooms are not what they appeared to be on there website. Our bed was king size be was like a full size bed. Sorry I expected a king! And our bed was so worn...seemed to be a dip in bed that an infant would fit in. Very uncomfortable for adults....my husbands back is hurting something awful. Rooms was too small for 2 ppl also they did not clean room second night? Sorry I won't be back!

We stayed here on Monday May 16,2022. We had our dog with us. Both the staff at the hotel and the casino were great. We got the casino special rate which made the deal even sweeter. The shuttle was very convenient. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Easy access off Rt 40, clean rooms, and nxet to a Love's for easy fill-up.

Here's is my second post ever on this site. I stopped with my senior parents at 1245AM Sunday on our way back home. Towels were stained, beds had food, floor unvacuumed. I asked for a handicap room or first floor close to door, I got furthest in hallway. They had billboards with ads to "stay and play", and although we wouldn't have played that night it would be cool to have to stop in later on, I was told that they don't offer it Thursday-Saturday, and although it was Sunday, apparently I was in an unknown time zone where it's "technically still Saturday . Will be driving across state a lot more, won't be stopping there again

Called two months ahead to reserve a room. They charged my credit card immediately. When we arrived and provided the reservation confirmation number, they said it wasn't on record and that they we fully booked. We had no other choice but to return home after the event we were attending. Had to dispute the charge. Rude customer service! Avoid this place at all costs!
