Sugar Creek Casino

Crystal Bowers is the shining star here. It's been about a year since I came back. There were some quite large and frankly lazy staff members that kept people away. Crystal was on the ball with both personality and promptness. The only miss was that the salad bar was running short, but I did come in at 3 pm. The salad was good. And it did seem as if everyone was getting served promptly. I would also like to thank the manager. He acted as a real team player, helping food get on the table.

Food was all burnt and no flavor. If you want a good dinner, go elsewhere. Every piece of food that came out was so crisp that there was no inner softness to it. WeExpected better, and once we tasted this deep-fry junk, we did not finish it. Go elsewhere, they do not know how to make a good meal.

We enjoy going to Sugar Creek. The staff alone makes this our favorite place. Every employee is so very helpful and willing to go above to make your experience positive.We come here for dinner at times. Their Indian tacos are so good. Another favorite is the grilled chicken dinner. You get 2 chicken breast (grilled) with 2 sides. So good. I take a chicken breast home with me for next days lunch (salad). Reasonably priced.

Love this casino!!!! Only wish I lived closer. Fantastic rooms with extremely friendly staff. Overall, absolutely fantastic!

First we went to go get breakfast and the person working was no where to be found. So we left, went into town and ate then checked into motel which was great. We tried several times to get a drink from bar but no one working there either. Finally some one there and got drinks and left my card to leave tab open. My husband went to ATM and was not given any cash. Was told they didn't accept his card , but 200 dollars was taken out of account. He was told basically he was screwed and that the ATM did not belong to the Casino. He called the ATM and was told it would take 45 days to return his money. Unbelievable. Security took my water bottle and I had to go retrieve when I was leaving. Went to bar to close my account and again no one there to give me back my card. Had to have Security page them. We left but as it was my birthday the day was ruined. Will never go back.

Super clean and smells good. Our group won some good money. Highly recommend!! We were just passing through otw to okc.

Generally, I am one to say nothing if I'm not impressed but I feel like this needs saying. Worst treatment ever received at a casino! When I went up to cash out after playing they treated me like I was a criminal for winning a decent amount. Then when I won a jackpot later they again acted like we stole the money. Whispering and side glances the whole time they were paying out. We won a little but it's not enough to ever return for more rude treatment. I'm not a criminal but man they sure made me feel like I was doing something wrong! The two stars are only because it was a nice layout with lots of machines and was clean. Otherwise, I do not recommend!

Very clean and nice layout of the slot machines. Food was good and the server was really nice. Slots were okay, about even.

I go to A LOT of casinos. This is by far the worst, tightest I've been to in a very long time. 1000.00 across 3 different machines and ZERO bonuses. STAY AWAY! It's dark and smoky inside.
