I frequently stop at this location after grocery shopping on my way home and have -in the past -had excellent service, until today. It was 11 AM on Saturday and the store was completely empty as I waited at the counter for several minutes. When I was just about to call out 'is anyone here' finally a gal named 'Cat' (with a black double nose ring) came out from the back.No greeting or apology for my having to wait. She took my order for an Italian BMT which I asked to have grilled and as she began preparing it appeared to be pretty skimpy with the meat so I politely asked if she could add just one more piece of the thin ham on there and she told me NO unless she charged me extra.When I mentioned I was a frequent customer and always got the same sandwich but the meat prep this time seemed less than usual, she rudely stated that she was preparing it as the manager had showed her and unless the manager told her differently she wasn't changing anything. I asked if they had a new manager and was told yes five or six months ago and I then asked if they had the same owners and she said yes.As my sandwich came out of the grill she laid it down by the condiments and immediately walked over to serve a fellow who had JUST arrived and asked for his order while my sandwich was just sitting there waiting to be finished.When she did not have the bread that he wanted she asked him to wait a moment and she would go in the back and get fresh bread for him -meanwhile I'm STILL standing there waiting for my sandwich to be completed so I can pay and leave. She returns with his bread and continues conversing with him ignoring me completely as I'm waiting -wondering WTH.Finally another gal (named Cassie) came out from the back noticed me and began completing my sandwich order.The whole ordeal left me feeling like I was poorly treated. I won't be coming back. My sandwich was not up to the normal standard that I typically enjoyed. Add the impolite customer service and I'm left with a really bad impression.I hope the owners read this because as I read through the other reviews I can see that I'm not the only one that has run into this poor customer service. Some extra training would be advisable. But you just lost my frequent business.

This subway is very convenient to many of the places I go. It has a drive thru which should make it even more convenient. Wrong. I am always disappointed by the wait at this drive thru, even when I am the only car in line and what seems like the only costumer at all. I've been several times thinking it would be better. Wrong again...the wait time always seems to increase. They do get my order right, which is nice.

I would leave a zero if I could. Placed an order online. They said they didn't have it. I showed him where I paid for it online. Kept saying they didn't have my order and there was nothing he could do. Come back tomorrow. I usually go to a different subway. I will never go back to this one.

I ordered a foot long vegie sub at the drive thru. Price was $8.68 got to the window and the price was $10.86. They got to keep their overpriced sub. Vegie Sub no meat. I bought the same sub at another location for $6.65. I will never be back to this location. Classic bait an switch. Subway needs to close this store. I wish there was a zero star ranking.

The employees are not familiar with making sandwiches, it's a shame how people have no clue how to work today and they take no pride in what they do. On top of that my entire family got sick from eating here today. I'll never eat here again. I'm angry! None of us had the same thing but we all had veggies on our sandwiches which means that their vegetables are bad or their mayo etc. Don't eat here! They don't know how to care for the food they serve.

My husband pulled up to the drive-thru for the first time at 2pm. He pressed the help button. A girl said, "What's the matter you don't know how to work a touch screen?" He replied, Yes, but it doesn't have instructions". She replied, "it does if you know how to read." He's 70 yrs old and just wanted to order a sandwich. Of course he drove to Yukon Arby's and will never go to Subway anywhere ever!!
