We started climbing at Stratus just a few months ago for the first time, and we've been enjoying it so much we moved forward with memberships here. They have lots of top rope routes (with the harnesses) and a lot of bouldering walls and routes, too. They have all sorts of difficulty levels as well. The routes change slowly over time, which is something I appreciate as it takes me some time to work through a route that's challenging for me. The staff here is super friendly, especially the manager, who oriented us and belay trained us! It can get pretty busy some weeknights, but the community here is great, and we love the convenience of the location too! Would highly recommend to just check it out if you are even remotely interested in climbing.

Great place to go with friends who like to challenge each other and have had a little experience climbing. It's a cool community at this place and I'll definitely be going back.

Great place to come try climbing! The staff here are very friendly and informative, nice large area so you can try climbing all sorts of different types of challenges. This really tested my grip strength, I plan on coming back often to improve on this. It's somewhere around 20 bucks if it's your first time and you're doing bouldering (short burst climbs, lots of traversing) no harness rental so you just fall into a padded mat. I found this to be very challenging. They said the ratings go from V0 to V16. As a first timer, I could barely complete V2. Very conveniently placed facility, clean (not like it can get very messy) and overall great place to come try your hand at climbing.

We had a great time! My wife and I have been to the other location a couple of times many years ago and enjoyed it. We were looking for something fun (Sun 7.22.18) to do with our 7yo twins and decided to check it out! The staff was great and gave us a tour and a little refresher on belaying for each other. He was a young guy who was super helpful. We will be going back again! It was a ton of fun and I may look at a membership for myself in the fall. It is a great way to stay fit!

This was my first time coming here and from the outside it is deceiving because you would think rock climbing would be a tall building. We walked in a signed in on the iPad then had an orientation. They give you shows and everything for around $20. There's options to boulder and top climb. Both are extremely fun and tiring but so worth it. We had about an hour of an orientation because he wanted to be thorough and help us with our comfort levels in belaying and hooking ourselves to the auto belays. The group was climbing and taking breaks and even an hour there was plenty of time to use all of your efforts and end up being sore the next day. You can buy chalk if you think it's necessary and it does help with your grip. There were kids to older couples enjoying the gym. The gym is extremely welcoming and ensures safety at all times.

I love this gym! It has a lot of space (some of the Summit gyms feel claustrophobic and tight), good routes for BOTH beginner & advanced climbers, and the staff is always so friendly and personable. I've been to all the Summit gyms and this one is definitely in my top 3! I would highly recommend for a fun date night or a family's day out.

I've climbed here since it opened as ClimbUp several years ago. For the past year I've taken my three year old climbing with me, which he loves. Last week, with no warning, we were informed children 4 and under can no longer climb. Really disappointed in this policy and really disappointed we weren't emailed about this change.
