Stow's Office Furniture

Ok, so far so good. Fantastic selection, I went in looking for six used work stations and chairs, new general manager and sales lady were very patient, helpful, efficient, and professional as they carefully wrote down my wants and promised to call me back right away. They showed me around the store and also let me talk to the warehouse to give them my specs. I will update this review once I'm given their estimate for the six work stations. Nice clean layout of used office furniture from very cheap to very pricey (but reasonable for used or compared to full brand new retail)

The pleasant experience ends after the purchase. They do not deliver when they say they will, they simply dont show up and don't bother calling. Once I called, they then had to reschedule. Then when they delivered the items, they broke a piece and tried to get away with it. I fortunately saw the assembler struggling with it and called him on it. they then admitted there was a problem. A terrible place to buy furniture and they do not believe in customer service once you made the purchase. Spend your money elsewhere.

I've purchased from Stows in the past and had a great experience however that is no longer the case. I was shopping for a desk and chair and went into the store in OKC two different occasions and was extremely disappointed with the only salesman working both times. He was extremely rude and condescending on both visits. They had a desk I would have purchased but there was no way I was going to spend my money in their store. So instead, a local business ABC Office Furniture down the road got my business instead and there was no comparison in the buying experience. I will never purchase anything from Stow's again.

We really were very satisfied with our visit to Stow's Office Furniture. The staff was friendly, professional and patient and we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We explained our needs and they were quick to accommodate while providing great suggestions within our budget. There was no push to up sell and that was a welcome change. Stow's will be our first go to for business furniture needs. Thank you so much!

This was the worst furniture buying experience of my life. They didn't deliver the furniture on the scheduled date nor did that contact me. In spite of the fact that I contacted them that morning of scheduled delivery and they confirmed! I was forced to call them later that day only to be told that it would be delivered the following day. So I called the following day to confirm and get a window of time to no avail. I was told that they'd be calling whenever they were on their way. Of course they didn't. They delivered the furniture on a Friday at 4:50 pm without telling me. And there was a stair fee that was not given to me prior the delivery. Instead of contacting me, they merely stored it downstairs and told me to pay them hundreds of dollars to come back and move it. I don't mind a stair fee, but discuss it upfront and deliver on-time so that we could've worked it out if there was an issue! This was a terrible experience that epitomizes why people are choosing the large stores over the small businesses. Customer service matters!!

This is the place to buy new, vintage furniture.If you buy new today, it will be vintage by the time they get it delivered.It is pretty cool to watch them shuffle papers and staple things, just like they did 50 years ago.No pesky computer issues. Who needs computers?No phones to interrupt your visit....or to find the status of your order.Lots of dusty, old stuff in the warehouse. You cannot buy it, of course..., they are working on getting those orders delivered.I will say that their horse-drawn wagons are a very nostalgic delivery service.All-in-all, I should have kept my record crates from college and bought some boards from Lowe's.They have that available from Stow's, by the way.

i could not find a decent file cabinet anywhere. I ordered online from big box stores and when I got it, it was damaged because it was too cheaply made. A Friend told me about Stows and I found the most perfect, used file cabinet. I went back for a used leather computer chair and got to sit in them to see if I liked it. I got an excellent deal on one of the finest genuine leather chairs. Make sure you take rope or twine. They will load it but it is your responsibility to secure it and that seems fair.

I bought office desks, chairs, and conference room furniture. I had a great experience all around with Stows. We did have a minor mixup on chairs snd they were happy to correct . The owner and employees were all very helpful and nice.
