Stonebrook Apartments

**DO NOT LIVE AT STONEBROOK**I have had issues with maintenance not completing requested work, roach infestation, swarms of wasps, and mold. The Property manager, Melissa, will NOT help with reasonable requests to resolve the roach infestation and wasps. I made a request to have mold removed a month ago and the work order still hasn't been received. They need a health inspector fr.

DO NOT MOVE INTO STONEBROOK!!! I moved in thinking my experience might be different but i was very wrong. Within the first month my car got broken into (they tried to steal the whole car!!!) and my roommates car got keyed both new cars!!! There is like 1 camera on the whole complex and I doubt it works. The complex is definitely over priced for what you get. I use to pay 950 at 35 west and I pay more he for much less. The management and maintenance is very slow there are way to many people living in a single unit and even people living in their cars outside in the parking lot. Part of the problem is the people that live there but management does nothing to remedy the issues. No security, no management presence, oh and NO ONE PICKS UP AFTER THEIR ANIMALS!!! If you would like to be comfortable when you go home then choose a different place to call home cuz it doesn't look like things are changing here soon!!! Oh and there is trash everywhere like idk what's going on but it ain't adding up...

Ive lived here off and on a few times. My first experience was amazing couldn't say enough good things management maintenance etc. I have moved to this complex again in November of 2015 and I absolutely hate it!!The manager Courtney will do everything she can to make your life miserable! I've never had a problem with any of the rest of the staff they are always very friendly but seem to have to run any questions about anything to her.The property grounds are not as nice as they use to be they are run down and not well maintained there is lots of trash all over the complex and dog feces everywhere. Never take out the trash at night because there are tons of stray animals that roam the trash cans. Ive complained to the complex about this a few times but they seem clueless to put out any traps or call animal control. Also what is really interesting the front side of the complex is alot quieter then the back side they are on two separate roads the MacArthur side seems to be nicer and more well kept. The brittion side of the complex has load music constantly people drive really fast through the complex and my car was broken into this summer. Maintenance seems to do a good job of keeping up with this property however my appliances are old and outdated. There is not enough cabnit space in the kitchen and the counters are painted with a latex paint that peals and sticks to everything. Its very cheap! 6 or 7 years ago I would have given this complex a great recommend but they have alot of serious issues now that needs to be addressed.

Worst place I lived and Maintence is horrible! There is mold in all of the apartments and doesn't care to fix the problem! I would NOT rent from here if you have kids definitely don't live here!

do not move into the Stonebrook Apartments they will take your money make you pay extra fees and then say it's your fault. They also are horrible on maintenance maintenance will come to your house not finish the job track much to your house. They also will start allow construction work at 8 o'clock in the morning right next to you while you're sleeping and there's nothing you can do. They are just all about getting money from people and not caring about the safety and health of people I've had a beam outside of my house that's been broken since I moved in. I had to myself get rid of the roads and face stations that they have when I first moved in pest control didn't do nothing. They also came to my house look through my stuff without my permission without my knowledge of being known that they were coming to the house, I repeat, do not live in the Stonebrook Apartments.

I lived in these apartments for 7 years and the last year of lease was the worst! I got roaches I notified the office they sent pest control but the roaches got worse. They never came up with a treatment plan to kill the roaches. Loud music and people hanging in the streets. The exterior and grounds of property was not well kept. Pet poop everywhere and trash all over at times. Definitely not enough cabinet or storage space. At one time I would've given high ratings but the property has gone down. I moved out month 1/2 ago. Hopefully management will take notice and get things on track!

This place is so shitty they don't care if anything breaks down they show up n do just a temporary fix n that's it I don't recommend this place to anyone
