It's the only tag agency in town and it shows. Go anywhere else if you have the time but it's bearable if you don't, just make sure YOU understand every document or piece of info you need because they certainly don't. One worker was confused why I had papers to show proof of name change when it's required for a Real ID and the form I filled out for her was only for ID

Been here several times both during peak and off times. Usually clean. There's one of those take a number things you see at a deli and plenty of seating so you don't have to stand during busy times.Employees are always polite, explain things well, and are patient if you need to run outside to get your tag number or something. If you're getting a photo they let you look at it before printing the id. There's a mirror near the photo station as well.There is no public rest room. There is a large rack of magazines, a tv, a soda machine, and an atm.You will get an extra charge to pay with a card, so bring your check book or cash.

Very disappointed. I'll make this short. They had unfortunate service and were very unhelpful. I do NOT recommend.

You know, it seems like this office is really disorderly since the employees are mostly chatting with each other, but I didn't have a long wait and I received the service I needed. I simply grabbed a number, got called up, told them my situation, and was helped. Plus, this office isn't going anywhere, and I appreciate their service. (Still, no one likes taxes and fees, am I right?)

unfortunately, the tag agency was recommended to me as a new mover to fill out change of address/voter reg info. as it turns out, my entire address doesn't fit on the ugly ID cards they have here and when i pointed this out, the agent brushed it off. fingers crossed this doesn't cause issues for me since it's a form of government ID and should be complete. the election board also informed me, after several weeks of calling, that the tag agency doesn't have a consistent relationship with them so if you're waiting for them to send time-sensitive docs- don't. the office itself could use updating and a deep clean.

Customer service at the Stillwater Tag Agency is superior! Wait times are very minimal even at the end/first of the month. The staff is very personable, courteous and helpful.

About three years ago I moved to CA. Now I've moved back and immediately went to the Stillwater Tag Agency to get an OK DL...you know, because their website and a phone call to them indicated that you could get a DL there. My wife and I and 7 month old son waited in line a bit, filled out paper work, then were told we had to go to the DMV office on Perkins Road as the Stillwater Tag Agency does not renew DL. So off we go to the DMV. At the DMV we find a long line and notices that they are not taking any people. A woman at the counter shouted to us that the other worker took the afternoon off and she doesn't have time to get to us. This was at around 2:15 in the afternoon. People in line claimed to be waiting there since 1. We were told to come back Monday at 8am. Welcome back to Oklahoma.

I'd give this place negative stars if I could. Got a ticket for not having updated tags. Could not stop in personally due to being out of town early for work. Ordered the tags online and waited the 2 weeks for them to arrive. When I got notification that I should have received them they were nowheres to be found. I called the agency where a girl had told me that they were unable to process the tags that were filed online and would just have to wait. reasonable right. Well a month passes and I'm afraid I'm gonna have my car taken cause of the pass due tags. (Cop mentioned) I end up getting them through another agency in my home town. I paid an extra 12$. I was advised that I could ask for a refund since it had been more than a month. Called Stillwater's tag agency and was told that I could've came in and got them made when the girl told me they couldn't. Why would I go in if I ordered them online? They asked me every question they could to disprove that they helped me so they didn't owe me anything but I answered every question and kept tabs on them when I reached out. Guy came out and bluntly told me that I'm not getting them refunded and continued to disprove the fact that they messed up. Very professional

I've been using the tag agency since I returned to Stillwater in 2004. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for service and they always get the job done efficiently and quickly in a friendly manner.Contrary to what another reviewer said, they do renew drivers licenses. However it's a bit more complicated when you come from another state as it does have to involve the DMV.I think people are programmed to criticize the DMV and tag agency. But if they come prepared and informed, they will likely have nothing to complain about.I had an appointment yesterday. I arrived 10 minutes early and expected to wait until my time, but I was in my car ready to leave at one minute past my appointment time. I call that great service.

I came in to Stillwater tag agency to get my real ID and get my restrictions lifted from my license as I've had it for well over 6 months. I came in here the employees were very rude to me. They said they couldn't renew my license because the computer did not show an option for it and pretty much told me they don't know what's going on and that I was going to have to figure it out. I asked multiple times if anyone here knew what to do about this and the lady told me multiple times that no one knew. Isn't it their job to know? Regardless of my age I should not be treated like this. I am very upset with the service here. Truly one of the worst tag agency's in Oklahoma. I was even told I needed to contact dps. Again that is your job. Extremely frustrating!
