Great gym. Always clean and i see the staff clean the equipment during the day. Friendly staff as well. Can get crowded at times but you rarely have to wait for a machine. Big gym with lots of space.

Snobby crowd of people to say the least. Would not let me out contract after not having access to the gym months due the covid pandemic unless i payed a $200 buy out fee.

Dirty. Old equipment. Broken equipment. Expensive. Many other gyms nearby which would give you better bang for your buck before you should try this place out.

These frauds called me a week ago and I AGAIN went over the situation and got nowhere. THEY made the mistake and want me to pay for it. She was supposed to have a manager contact me but not one call since then. Because they KNOW they were wrong. I don't care what the policy is, if I was told something by an employee, they need to honor it instead of charging me for HIS words. And they STILL haven't showed me their statements where there bank supposedly charged them $15 per month where they ran my card ON A CLOSED ACCOUNT multiple time over 6 months. Where's your proof??? These people are 100% frauds! Be careful! They try to charge customers for their mistakes and punish them for their problems and pending closure. GO TO ANOTHER GYM!! You have been warned! I sure should have listened.

Basically live here, love it so so much. Nice people and staff, very clean facility, lots of equipment, a whole movie theater cardio room and is 24 hours. I don't even wanna move away after college because I'd have to find a new gym lol

I've been a member of this gym for about 4 years now. They have a lot of room and I especially like the wide variety of equipment they have. It's an excellent gym for strength training. They have a separate room where you can watch movies while you're on the treadmill. There are a lot of members who are serious about fitness. The staff is excellent and courteous. The locker room and showers are ok. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. So why only 3 stars? This is the hottest gym I've ever used. Why can't they buy an effective A/C unit or dehumidifier? It's not so much the heat as the humidity. They probably keep the temp around 74 degrees. I'd prefer cooler, but the real problem is the humidity. This isn't a temporary problem. it's been that way for as long as I've been a member. After just a few minutes of cardio I'm pouring just as much sweat as if I was outside. I prefer my cardio workouts to last at least 30 minutes at 80%, but it's a real challenge in this humidity.

Been going here a few months now and it's a pretty solid gym. Definitely more on the mom and pop side, but they do a lot of little things that larger chain gyms don't usually do and tends to feel more personable, which I really like, just has a good vibe. The building itself is older, but has been well maintained. Most of the equipment is new-ish and seems well maintained, but they do have some older equipment scattered about, but is in good shape and everything seems clean. They have about any machine you could want here and very rarely have to wait in line, which I like. The crowd is a bit more of the serious gym goer type it seems, but it's not intimidating or anything and it's rarely crowded. Plus 24/7 access is awesome...but after ten it is limited to half the gym, but it's still worth it. Overall highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I signed up for this gym in April of 2022, and when signing up was informed that I was signing a month to month contract, meaning that as long as I gave 30 days written notice, I could cancel the membership. I did it this way because I would be moving in August and just needed something temporary. After being charged after my move, I emailed the general manager my 30 day notice, to which she responded that my contract ended in April of 2023. I emailed back, informing her that I did not sign a 12 month contract and that I was told I could cancel. I never got a response. I was charged again today and called the gym. First, I encountered the rudest young woman on the phone, who did not want to help and gave attitude as soon as I answered. I was polite, but the employee did not like that I wanted to speak to a manager. Another employee got on the phone and told me that it was hand written into the contract that it was a month to month, 12 month contract. That does not even make sense. She also informed me it was May that I would have to pay until, and did not even give me correct enrollment date. This company is a scam, and their staff is horrible. I do not recommend. 0/0. Also, just to clarify, at no point was I rude. I'm a 21 year old college student who does customer service, I understand not being able to do anything about upper management. but the first employee was just horrible, and I was definitely scammed.
