Squeaky Clean House

Wish I could leave less than a star. The "owner" of the business is someone that scams people that are sick mentally or physically which in my opinion is the worse kind of person. All I needed was someone to come to my house to clean after being in the hospital having surgery then in and out for treatments. He pushed to pay half up front which was 674 dollars a lot when you can't work and have medical bills. His site says he has trained experienced cleaners 5 to 15 years I have screenshots that say different. The first person the never made it to clean my house showed me how she was hired. From Craigslist. She answered a couple questions and was hired. No background check nothing. You could have a thief, addict, murderer etc coming into your house, if anyone shows up which no one did after over 10 days so I asked for my money back and got an automated text beck then just plain ignored. After research I found out that he was bankrupt and fled to Colombia and goes by so many different aliases. I really dont understand how he is getting away with this but I won't stop til I get my money back I will go to the news if I have to. This is not right and I shouldn't have to deal with this on top of everything else.

Jennifer was amazing! She even clean my refrigerator magnets! She was friendly and focused. You get what you pay for and I will definitely use them again!

Kelly did an amazing job on my house. She walked me through each room after she was done cleaning. I can totally see a difference. I will use them again

THIS "COMPANY" IS A SCAM....TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BUSINESS AND RUN FAR. First let me make this clear, I am not an angry ex employee or anything like that. I spoke with Kurtis a few times and felt like this company would be great for the services that I was looking for. So i booked an appt for their cleaners to come out and do a deep clean on my home for today 3/9/18 (which I booked about two weeks in advance) Kurtis informed me that the payment would not be deducted until after the cleaning was completed. Well when I woke up this morning the money had already been deducted from my account. The cleaners were suppose to come to my home at 9am. By 9:30am there was no one there. I called about 3 times before I was able to speak to someone. Kurtis finally called me back and told that the the arrival time for the cleaners was from 9am-11am.....ok, that's not what the confirmation emails and text messages said but ok. By 12:30 there were still no cleaners. Now no one will answer any of my calls or text messages or emails, which is funny because I didn't have this problem before they took my money. THESE PPL ARE SCAMMERS, UNPROFESSIONAL, CON ARTISTS AND WHAT EVER ELSE YOU WANT TO CALL THEM. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE STRESS AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS. SCREW YOU GUYS.

The person (Curt) I texted with seemed pleasant enough--had no idea the workers sent out were subcontractors. The two workers (boyfriend-girlfriend couple) showed up hours late with their children that they left in a running car during summer heat (over 100 degree temperature). The excuse for being hours late was they were driving in from out of state. They demanded a tip after less than two hours of work and promised to return the next day. The next day they brought a friend and the woman and friend constantly had to be told what to do otherwise they'd disappear to use their cellphones or check the kids that were again in a running car. The girlfriend did not listen to directions well, throwing out and breaking a lot of brand new items purchased for the kitchen. Once they left, I discovered theft from where the girlfriend was located during the visit. All in all, a horrific experience. Wish I could give zero stars. I want to believe Curt did not intend for this outcome but did nothing to rectify the situation once I alerted him.

I called this business to schedule a home cleaning for a disabled family member. When asked during the call if I would be present during the cleaning, I said yes. The person hung up on me. I called back several times, the call went to voicemail, and he never called back. This business is not based in Alaska. There are plenty of other local businesses who will treat you respectfully. Don't bother with the rude people at this one.

These people burn their workers,Kurt the owner contacted me to come work for six hours and refused to pay me for my work.$190 he owes me,I'm a single mother and didn't expect to be ripped off

We hired this company to do a move out clean, paid $160 for almost 4 hours. Honestly the worst cleaning job I've ever seen. Left trash on the floor, ignored an entire bathroom (only 2 bathrooms in the house), did not touch the fridge (we specified we needed this cleaned), left the house smelling weird, like smoke. We still have not heard back from the company regarding this, which is really irritating. The lack of care or regard for customer service is disappointing. Would think twice before hiring this service.

Full disclosure - I'm the husband of Becca J, who has also posted a review of this company.We got a deal for Squeaky Clean through Living Social.Our appointment was for 11:00am. My wife took off work to meet the cleaners. I got home at 12:30pm - still no sign of the cleaners. After a few phone calls they finally called us back around 1:00pm - apparently they were at a "nightmare" house but were coming. They'd still be a while, but they were coming.I took the afternoon off work to wait for these guys. 2:00pm, nothing. 3:00pm, nothing. 4:00pm...you get the picture. They just didn't show. No phone call or anything.I called both the cell phone and office number and left a couple of (angry) messages. I didn't get a call back...and that was about 2 weeks ago.So, we paid them money, they didn't show and they didn't attempt to contact us again. Avoid these guys at all costs...although I'm sure they'll be out of business soon.

I purchased a Groupon for 3 two hour cleaning sessions. So the first cleaner Rebecca was mediocre, I had to point out multiple places she missed in the bathrooms. And supposedly she is one of their best cleaners. The second cleaner Kelsey was ok, until my fiance caught her standing in front of the jewerly chest located in the bedroom which she was never instructed to clean. I didn't even bother with the third cleaning as I already called Groupon for a refund. I wouldn't use this company if I were you. Just my two cents.
